Views were amazing but Scott was a condescending prick that lacks work ethics and puts his own convenience before the guests that are paying to stay at the apartments. Dont bother asking for help from this guy because he will look down on you and question why you are wasting his time because he is too busy to do his job. He is extremely impatient, rude and gets annoyed with questions. From the moment we arrived we never felt welcomed and were made to feel like a burden and inconvenience to his life. You'd get better service from a one start motel than this place!!!

The most gorgeous view of the mountain. All the facilities we needed. Lovely service.

Our little family had a wonder time here at at Thredbo and our appartment was such a pleasure to come back to in the afternoons after long days hiking. The reception was lovely when we arrived. The facilities were more than adequate and the view of the mountain was breathtaking. We will definitely be staying again. Loved every moment.
