Once home to a famous YouTuber (guess who!), this spacious property is a fun-filled playground featuring a Bass Pond stocked with Tilapia for catch-and-release or catch-and-keep fishing, as well as a designated swimming area. Enjoy the Rock Wall, Diving Platform, Arcade Games, and plenty of open grass for sports or events. Play arcade games in the garage or work out in the full gym located in the basement. Perfect for bachelorette parties, holiday gatherings, work retreats, and content creation—this space is your ultimate playground for fun and creativity!



The Space:

This home features an open-concept design with a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and events. The main floor includes two bedrooms, one being the master suite with a soaking tub (please note the jets are currently not operational). The second main-floor bedroom, located next to the master, has two twin beds. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms—two with queen-size beds and one with a full-size bed—sharing a single bathroom. A large loft area overlooks the downstairs fireplace and rock-climbing wall, adding to the home's open and inviting atmosphere.



For remote work or creative endeavors, there's a dedicated office space providing a quiet, focused environment. Fitness enthusiasts will love the basement's fully equipped gym, perfect for maintaining workout routines.



Outside, enjoy a large deck with seating, arcade games in the garage, and a pond with a diving platform, rock wall, and catch-and-release fishing—don’t forget your fishing gear! Once owned by a famous YouTuber and featured in multiple videos, this property is perfect for family getaways or group retreats, offering both privacy and unique charm.
