Check in was easy. Declared our cats were with us and owner was able to send a link to pay fee without difficulty. House was very clean overall. Parking lot can have 4 cars snugly. Didn’t use the fire pit out front, spent a lot of time on the back porch by or in the jacuzzi. The structure is on top of a bluff over looking the river which was very pretty. Every unit appears to have a back porch with grill and jacuzzi. Leslie was a great host, very amenable and accommodating through the VRBO app. The internet went out and she was very helpful with trouble shooting. Will definitely stay here again when traveling with our cats. They even have a food and water bowl out for the fluffy guests and a small trash can outside with poo bags inside next to the door. Bed was comfortable and AC unit was in the bedroom. 4 bathroom towels provided so bring your own for rec purposes.
