Ski Trip to Port De Sol

We arrived late in the evening and the hotel was difficult to find when we arrived we found the main door locked and on calling the number we had been provided received an answer machine message, we managed to gain access to the hotel due to a guest returning to it and on gaining access we managed to make contact with an employee who provided us with access to our room, however on gaining access we found the room had no kitchen which we thought we had booked and as the next day was a Sunday we could not contact anyone until the Monday evening as the staff didn't arrive until after we had left each morning at 7.30. The room was very clean, worm and great value for money but as we wanted a self catering room and didn't get one we wouldn't book again
