Beautiful, less than 3 year old custom modern farmhouse on 3.5 acres just 33 miles from the Masters in Thomson, Georgia. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms in a quite country neighborhood with easy access to I-20 just minutes away. 16x32' fiberglass inground pool, sitting on a stocked pond for fishing or kayaking. 6.8 miles from Thomson 9 hole country club. 6.7 miles from 18 hole Belle Meade Golf Course. 1900 a night or if you desire maid service each day 2000 a night. Master bedroom with king size bed and private bath. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with queen and full size beds share full size bathroom between them. Man cave/loft with sleep sofa has private full size bathroom. Half bathroom next to kitchen and laundry room. Front porch with rocking chairs and back porch overlooking pool and pond. Fire pit and gas grill on bottom lower deck next to pool and picnic table and loungers. Minutes from Bordeaux seafood and steak house. Great burgers at Hoggie Joes sports grill minutes away. Best local pizza ever at Fernandos Pizza in downtown quaint Thomson, GA, 3 Mexican restaurants and plenty of local fast food in Thomson.
