Well-appointed lodging in a serene environment

The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood, with a golf course nearby. Well-appointed house with all the amenities we needed. Very spacious. My teenage boys loved the foosball and Billiards tables.

Crystal Mountain Betsie Valley 18th fairway

This is a wonderful property and was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults and three children. This beautiful and spacious condo provided room for everyone in our party of 8 with beds to spare. The condo is wonderfully appointed, very clean, and even has a pool and fusball tables for entertainment. CM has plenty of activities to entertain our grandchildren (8,6,4) as well as the adults in the group. The only complaints (minor) were that the coffee maker did not work well as it took about 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee and the condo provided the wrong style of coffee filters for the maker; I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the outdoor furniture and it was apparent that the chairs and tables had not been cleaned since at least the previous season. This is a minor issue yet for the amount of money charged for the cleaning fee, I would hope that the cleaning crew attend to all aspects of the condo. These issues were merely inconveniences and we would certainly consider staying in this property again.

Family Christmas

Fantastic location, super responsive to questions about the property and to needs. Very comfortably slept 7 with multiple beds to spare. Great option for family or friends coming together. Only thing missing from our ski vacation was the snow ;)

Door and strong floral smell

The door after opening would not like when we left. There is a strong floral chemical smell. It feels like you are masking an oder. Everthing else was great.

Crystal Mountain - Weekend

This was the weekend that my son proposed, we celebrated 3 birthdays and it was a beautiful weekend. The place is amazing and we would definitely love to stay there again. Only issue we had, fireplace downstairs did not work, TV in bedroom downstairs did not work and TV in the upstairs bunk bed room did not work, but other then that the place is simply beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Perfect for the family

We stayed here with a large family and it was perfect. Having the extra space downstairs provided a great space for the kids to hang out and play downstairs while the adults had space upstairs. There were plenty of bath towels and space for everyone to sleep. The owners were great with correspondence about the property and we had a great time at Crystal Mtn.

Great Summer Escapade

Kids love the accommodation, location & amenities within the area. They have a great summer in Pure Michigan! This place is very relaxing to stay, clean & well maintained. Overall, we are happy & contented.

Great Spacious Condo

This condo is perfect for 4 couples or larger families because it has 4 full baths. The owners were great and responded to our questions immediately. I highly recommend you book this condo if staying at Crystal Mountain. It’s also a wonderful resort.

3 families of 4 with small kids all had a great time. Very clean house, nicely located right within the Crystal Mountain resort area. Very helpful/communicative hosts. Best hot water I've ever had in a rental!
