What I liked:The staff at the front desk were wonderful! Very helpful, kind and efficient. What I did NOT LIKE:It was thirty-nine steps to our room, #15, NO LIFT! My wife and I are both in our mid-sixties and this was VERY rough on us.

Lovely hotel in Yorkshire Market Town

We stopped off 1 night en route to Lincoln. On site parking & well appointed rooms. Bar & restaurant areas very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Worth knowing the bar serves coffee & cakes so would visit again even if passing through.

Trip to thirsk

The hotel is absolutely stunning right in the heart of beautiful thirsk. Rooms a very well equipped and cosy breakfast was amazing cooked to order, would highly recommended.
