Old house located in the town center, adjoining the owners' accommodation. Ground floor (interior steps): living room/kitchen, utility room, lounge, bathroom, WC. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 140 bed) (1 140 bed) (1 120 bed). Wireless. An enclosed courtyard of 90 m² at the front (garden furniture, plancha) and an enclosed courtyard of 32 m² at the rear. Public parking in front of the gîte.
Thiré is a pretty village in South Vendée. Supermarket with regional products every Friday morning, bakeries and pastries 5 km away. Baroque music festival in the William Christie Gardens every year at the end of August. Bar, restaurant, swimming pool 5 km away, tennis court in the village, ocean 30 km away, forest 25 km away, Venise Verte 25 km away with many activities for children. Les Sables d'Olonne, the islands of Ré, Noirmoutier, Aix and Oléron are accessible during the day. No tourist tax.
