Very good place and hotel

They were waiting for me that evening, but I arrived in the night, as I told them. Everything was ready for me, I had received the code to go in. And the breakfast was just ready in the room, for the morning after. Thank you. Only one thing: why did't see I just had payed before I came, on Hotels.com?

Very disappointing stay

We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper, after messaging the owner he told us to go to the main house to get more toilet paper, but there was none there either! There was tea/coffee but no kettle. Poor quality breakfast and nowhere to eat it in our room, so we had to carry all our breakfast to the main house balcony to eat it. Room was not clean, cobwebs in toilet. There is no onsite parking as led to believe. Way too overpriced for the money we paid! Do not recommend!

On m'a changer de logement pour éviter de faire 800 mÚtres le matin pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner dans une boulangerie. Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de taies sur les oreillers, pas de chauffage alors qu'il faisait froid, pas de papier toilette. Lorsque je l'ai signalé, on m'a répondu que j'avais une baignoire balnéo sans supplément. En je n'avais pas à me plaindre. Ca bientÎt 10 ans que j'utilise votre site 3/4 fois par semaines. Je pense que ce prestataire ne mérite en aucun cas ses 3 étoilesS

Sotto le aspettative considerando il prezzo

Onestamente mi sembra un po' quelle stanze di motel come nei film di horror, ho dormito con l'ansia anche perché la chiusura della porta risultava scassinata in precedenza..e da lÏ tanti pensieri negativi... A parte la pulizia che mancava tranne per le lenzuola che erano per fortuna pulite si erano anche dimenticati di inserire asciugamani nella nostra stanza ma risolto al mattino con una telefonata. Il mini frigo funzionante solo per la luce interna ( non refrigerava) immaginate lo yogurt alla temperatura estiva.

Le lieu est tres joli, et la chambre tres confortable. Cependant aucun contact humain. Un code reçu par sms et absolument personne sur place hormis les autres résidents. Pour le petit déjeuner j'ai du m'en remettre aux commentaires sur le site pour decouvrir qu'il etait dans le pacard de ma chambre. Rien à voir avec le standing de ce qu'on appel un hÎtel! Cela ressemblait plus à un Airbnb ! Le lieu et sa beauté méritent un bien meilleur service pour ses résidants.

Tres tres décevant

Nous sommes tres déçus, nous avons vu personne exceptĂ©s deux personnes le matin qui n'ont pas Ă©tĂ© polis ni avenant. Nous pensions dormir dans la villa et alors que nous avons Ă©tĂ© mis dans une petite maison dans le fond du jardin sans luminositĂ© car elle est recouverte par la vĂ©gĂ©tation. La propriĂ©tĂ© des lieux reste a dĂ©sirer : poussiĂšres mĂȘme sur la vaisselle qui sert au petit dĂ©jeuner, toile d'araignĂ©es et toilette pas nette. Je doute mĂȘme que ce logis soit au normes : compreur Ă©lectrique non recouvert et Ă©vacuation d'eaux sur le trottoir de la rue. Le service concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner, le contenu etait minimaliste. Au vu de la prĂ©sentation lors de la reservation, nous nous attendions vraiment Ă  autre chose avec un autre niveau de standing.

Schönes grosses Zimmer in schönem alten Haus. Entgegen der Angaben auf der Plattform ist niemand da, um reinzukommen braucht man einen Code, wir hatten gerade kein Internet. Am Telefon konnten wir uns nicht genĂŒgend verstĂ€ndigen. Die Person konnte kein Deutsch und das Englisch reichte nicht aus (Laut Angaben spricht man E, F, D). Wir schafften es nur rein mit der Hilfe anderer GĂ€ste. Das Restaurant existiert auch nicht, das FrĂŒhstĂŒck liegt im Schrank bereit. Totaler Reinfall

Les photos ne correspondent pas Ă  la chambre 6. Il s’agit d’une maison de gardien qui a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e vite fait. Des odeurs d’égout ont animĂ©s notre sĂ©jour. La douche n’a pas de porte, l’assise des toilettes et trop petite, la porte d’entrĂ©e ne ferme pas, pas de volet... La liste est longue !
