Did not get room i paid for which was booked through Expedia. The photos of the room booked were not the room which we where allocated. I went to reception to say we had wrong room, only to be told that we had to take that up with Expedia she said we were down as a double room and that the balcony rooms were classed as superior. I showed her my booking and said Expedia class it as a standard feature and showed her the photos that went with the booking, only for her to say that they were not responsible for photos. The room in which we stayed was very dated especially the bathroom.
There was no lid on the toilet seat, there was rust on chrome, crack in a couple of tiles and a very overall look of tiredness. The bed however, was compfy and the sheets and towels very clean. I think we had expected one type of room onlt to recieve a not so good one. The receptionist was less than helpful. We were very disappointed. I am still waiting to hear back through Expedia
