The rental is located at a place called Miramar in Théoule sur mer in a small closed family residence, consisting of buildings of one to two levels in a natural setting on the cornice of the Estérel massif with magical sea views close to the beaches of sand and coves.
It is a 2-room apartment, for 4 people, composed of a living room with a sofa-bed + a cliq-claq (130x190) and a small bedroom with double bed (140x190).
The kitchenette is equipped with electric hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, television, etc. The living room opening onto a beautiful terrace with its south-facing garden furniture offering magnificent view of the sea up to cap roux.
Around the swimming pool of the residence, deckchair and parasols are at your disposal according to availability. You can also take advantage of other services such as free covered private parking, laundromat, bicycle storage and leisure equipment, such as an illuminated petanque field.
Besides the sea and hiking or cycling in the Esterel, the surroundings allow you to practice scuba diving, sailing, all sea sports, tennis, horse riding, golf etc ...

Read the small print

We were very disappointed at the extremely basic standard of accommodation. We were further shocked to have to pay for sheets and towels these again were of a very basic standard, and after leaving to be told we were supposed to mop and clean the apartment, we have never heard of anything like this. The apartment had no air con or internet, probably our fault for not reading the small print , but very unexpected in this day and age The area is lovely , but this was the worst property by far in our three week stay on the Cote d Azur Please be more clear of these anomalies with your booking conditions We moved on to a stunning apartment with no conditions attached , crisp sheets and towels and free Wi Fi included

The location is lovely

Theoule sur mer if you haven't been there is a beautiful part of the Riviera with 3/4 marinas within 10 minute drive. Take the coast road towards St Raphael for more stunning scenery.

Great, well situated apartment with swimming pool with wonderful views

Great apartment above Theoule-sur-Mer with bedroom, bathroom, balcony, living room with TV and kitchen. Parking space provided. Friendly and helpful landlord who met us on arrival. Swimming pool with wonderful views along the coast - very refreshing after a busy day sightseeing! Theoule-sur-Mer is well situated to explore the Cote d'Azur and surrounding areas. We visited San Remo, Monaco, Eze, Antibes, Biot, St Paul de Vence, Grasse, Cannes and Nice in the week that we were there! Thank you to Alain for all of your help - we had a great holiday!
