"Serene on the Green" is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom designer home with a large screened outdoor pool area with lots of privacy (no rear neighbors). Just steps away from the Santiago Recreation Complex with two golf courses, a community pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a short ride to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs the location is perfect. 2021 Yamaha QuieTech golf cart is included!
