Situated between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town Squares with convenient access to the Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center, a variety of shopping options, diverse dining establishments, and an array of nightly entertainment including dancing. This location promises a lifestyle filled with convenience and enjoyment!

- Must be at least 25 years old to book. Note: This is a 55+ Community.

- Village ID’s are not necessary to rent a property, but they are necessary to golf and participate in clubs, activities and amenities provided, you will need an ID card. It will cost $50 (for up to 2 renters on the contract). We will confirm you wish to purchase the 2 ID’s and have them ready for your pick-up upon your arrival.
- There is no golf cart available with this rental.
- Included are dishes, pots, pans, utensils, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, hand held mixer, travel mugs, dish towels, bathroom towels, pool towels, bedding, hair dryers, folding travel chairs (great to take to the square to enjoy the evening entertainment), travel cooler, 2 bicycles with helmets.
