You will particularly love the climate-controlled front lanai/Florida Room to enjoy your morning coffee, visit with friends or read a book in comfort! You'll find all the necessary amenities like WiFi, iron, hair dryer, heating, washing machine, and AC. The Villa is in the north central portion of The Villages close to Savannah Center, the polo fields, many pools and recreation centers as well as a convenient golf cart ride to two squares- Lake Sumter Landing & Spanish Springs. You're close to shopping, eating, entertainment and activities! Whether you're relaxing in the cozy bedrooms or exploring the vibrant city, we hope you enjoy what our place and The Villages has to offer.
