Please be sure to make arrangements to have a rental golf cart delivered for your arrival!


The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Surveillance Disclosure: There is a camera at the front door for security purposes.

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.

Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

No Golf Cart Provided. Make arrangements ahead of time for a cart to be deliver to the home

Hot tub needs work. Service people came out twice but hers just don’t work properly. House is spectacular. Nice and roomy. Beds are comfortable. Pillows need replacing.Every item you would need to cook is in the spacious kitchen.

A spacious beautiful home. The pool and hot tub were amazing while enjoying the view of the golf course. Would love to stay here again definitely recommend. Enjoyed views of golf course. Home is clean and provides for a comfortable stay. The spa jets do not work but the water will heat up. As the pool and hot tub were an important part of the reason to rent I mention this. With this said the location of the property is good and we enjoyed our stay.

The house is gorgeous, very spacious, super clean, and in a great location. All beds were very comfy. Every detail of this house was well thought out, and it shows. View of pool, lake and golf course is amazing. Outdoor has tons of seating and is very comfortable. Close golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. The property manager was INCREDIBLY responsive to our questions and needs, and that was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Beautiful house on hole 8 of the local course. it was colder than normal the week we visited so didnt get to ise the pool. Hot tub jets were not working or were very weak. other than that great tome and place.
