Welcome to this beautiful large designer house in the Village of Liberty Park! SUNSHINE has three large bedrooms, two baths, a great lanai with a grill, kitchen and dining room table. To top it all off, you can cruise around in the golf cart to ensure you are a True Villager! The location is super! It is between Sumter Landing and Brownwood, close to recreation centers, pools, golfing, pickleball, restaurants, shopping and live entertainment in the squares every day of the year.

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
THIS IS A PET FREE HOME
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs. Golf Cart is a 2 seater.
There is a small car in the garage with a cover that remains as well as the Golf Cart. Parking will be in the driveway. Space for 2 vehicles.

Cozy, warm, and everything you could hope for!
Stayed with my mom for a few days, and were blown away by this property. Warm and cozy in every room, lots of helpful items and appliances.
Was very clean, and setup very well. Will be looking for this property again in the future!
