The Main Lodge at Three Mile

Come enjoy a stay at the Main Lodge at Three Mile. From the oversized, fully stocked kitchen to the ample dining/living room (with Pool Table!!), the Smart TVs, and screened porch, this building is ideal for a few friends or a large group of people. NOTE: listed as 3 bathrooms, as we cannot specify that it is one full bathroom upstairs and 2 half bathrooms on the main level. Enjoy spending time outside playing yard games, grilling, or sitting around the firepit. Our lodge, consisting of two other buildings, sits on 3 private acres with big trees, no nearby neighbors, open views, and starry nights. The other units are within close proximity and can be booked for family gatherings and large groups. We are located about 4 miles NW of Fort Smith near the 3 Mile access point.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Group Fishing Trip

Great secluded location, property looked to be well taken care of. Lots of space in the main lodge, stocked with everything you need. Looking forward to coming back to this place next year.

Old Fisherman

Our group of old fishermen stayed at the Main Lodge for six nights and were all impressed with the facility in terms of space, kitchen and dining area, and the sitting area. Everything we needed for cooking we were able to find or find a substitute. Beds, linens and towels were great too. The fact that there was only one shower didn’t cause us any issues as we have been fishing together and staying at other places for 15+ yrs. We met Jade at the end of the trip and enjoyed hearing the story behind the facility. We booked our fall trip before we left and will be back in 2025.

Great, except listing was inaccurate

It was a nice property, lots of space. The unfortunate situation was it was advertised as 3 Full Bathrooms and after arrival found there was only 1 Full Bath and 2 half baths, so only 1 shower for everyone. This was unfortunate as we had a mixed group of men/women and were expecting what was advertised. Had to make it work and communicated inaccuracy to owner and they promptly fixed the listing to help future renters which was good to see. The owner did not compensate us in any way for their inaccurate information, which was also unfortunate. Just important to have an accurate listing.
