We stayed 2 nights in this fletcher hotel. The staff are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are good with very good beds. Only the bathroom needs an update. I missed a showercurtain. Breakfast was very good. There was a lot of choice of everything. I had a nice weekend
First if you are coming to the hotel by car is very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The furniture in the room has a lot of water marks. I have stayed in the 4th floor and the elevator makes to much noise during the night also the windows need to be better and sound proof, because this notel has busy street in front. The breakfast could be better but is ok.
Booked this hotel as we were attending a concert in the town. Clearly only a business hotel. So don't go there if you are looking for a romantic stay. Our room was a very good size. But there is no warmth at all in the rooms or restaurant. We decided to eat in the town that evening. It's just a place to sleep.
Usually I use this hotel when I am on Business trip in this area. The room is clean but modest. Very small TV screen (Remote control should be cleaned from dust). Old furniture needs some maintenance. I asked to replace a defective lamp in my room but it was not done. Very good breakfast. The stuff is very polite.
Good hotel with excellent breakfast. Bar works late at night and offer high variety of local and international beers. Rooms were well heated but a bit outdated. Free outside parking was a nice touch, since we arrived with the rented car.
The hotel is clean, but dated… The service in the restaurant is very slow, nearly 30mins after arriving I got a menu and a further 40mins for my starter, in all over 2hrs to obtain two courses. They also allow dogs within the hotel (which is fine!) however not so good when one starts barking none stop when its owner in downstairs in the bar…. Furthermore when explained I would be leaving at 5am which was all fine… however when I tried to vacate all the doors were locked and no night person to open… I had to result to walking through the kitchen area to find the rear door… All in all the service was poor and the hotel dated.
I stay very often in hotels in Holland, this time i decided to stay here, in the heart of Westland area, where i always spend 2 to 3 days working. The hotel was unreachable. Was horrible to get there by car, no hotel signs and all blocked, new roads. The hotel is tired, very old furnish in room. Small tv. Just not worth the money to stay. Staff was nice.
The hotel is old, very basic, the bed is good, but it was quite cold in the room. the staff is friendly and helpful, we had in the restaurant a 3 course meal, the portions were very small and it took a long time between courses. the roast potatoes were burnt. there was something wrong in the kitchen making one table did fast food and we have 3.5 hours have been sitting at the table, it was tasty but ordinary and wenig. The ice cream was very tasty
Nothing about this hotel was particularly comfortable. It was very basic, it seemed like somewhere you would stay if you had to be in the area for business or an inexpensive place for a family to stay for a visit. The biggest let down for us was the beds. We booked 3 double rooms under 3 separate bookings for 3 couples. Each one of us had thought we would get a double bed. We ended up with 3 rooms, each with 2 single beds, and reception couldn't seem to understand why we were unhappy. We were offered the option to upgrade to a suite for another €35 per night, but we already felt we had overpaid for what we were getting, and I can't imagine the suite would be any nicer than the rest of the disappointing hotel. We pushed the beds together, but we still had 2 separate beds with separate sheets and a massive wooden seam running down the middle. Pretty uncomfortable. I suppose the only positive I could find with the hotel is that it had reliable wi-fi and a decent breakfast. Still, I wouldn't stay there again.
This hotel offers special rates in the weekend if you commit to consuming your dinner and breakfast at the hotel as well. Probably to fill up capacity as this appears to be a business hotel. I did not expect to get a 5 start treatement, but nevertheless a review of my experience: Room: we booked a superior room and the matrasses were awful. Regardless the price you pay, a hotelbed should be good. The toilet wasn't clean. Windows need a paint job. Dinner: We only had one option as it came with the special rate package. It turned out to be a fairly tastless turkey. Desert was good. Service was "okay". Breakfast: average. Location: if you have a car and you want to visit The Hague, you can reduce your hotel cost by looking a bit further outside The Hague. Distance wise it's fine, but the location itself is on a boring industry park with no view, charm and so on. I would not book this hotel again for leisure or business.
