The level of service is aligned with the name "bad hotel ", the room very small and dirty ( I found a dirty sock under the bed), the mouquette Gave off terrible odors, no hairdryer, no courtesy kit, One of the Waiter refused a double expresso for breakfast , the unique positive aspect the lady at the reception always smiling and trying to cover the evident problems. I will delete from the list of the hotel where to stay even for few days, too much troubles concentrated in the same place and a person during a business trip is simply looking for acceptable conditions
I did like the location , waking distance to a boulevard with beach front ,the hotel beds are comfy , smells a little , the staff not to welcoming ,but for one nite a god price .be care full. With the reservation pre - approve reservation . They hold the money . In till the check in . The parking is secure .
Very friendly staff and pleasent atmosphere. I was arriving late and the staff left me a key in an envelope outside, they also arranged a taxi for me when I was leaving. I would recommend the hotel to everybody. The decore (60-ties?) could be updated, but everything worked and the room was clean, so no complains there.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times. The facilities were adequate and clean. The food was very good throughout the stay. The chef even catered for very specific dietary needs. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
An older style property situated in a largely residential area. On street parking in the town is a problem; expensive and restrictive, but the hotel has a largish gated parking facility just down the road @ €10 per night. Service, b'fast and dinner could note be faulted. Conveniently located for the Keukenhof Gardens.
An average European hotel. Smallish rooms, twin beds, older furnishings, residential area. Great staff, awesome breakfast, included parking. Easy drive to Keukenhof gardens. North Sea and shopping area are 3 blocks away - just go straight when you come out of the hotel. The travel agency I used didn't reserve 2 rooms for our party. The hotel staff accepted our receipt from the agency and provided a second room without hesitation. They worked out the details with the travel agency the next day.
I stayed here with my four friends and was really delighted to visit this place. Throughout our stay we found everything great. Rooms are not too big, but nicely decorated and furnished. All the needed things were present. Washroom was clean and functional. Staff members are very friendly and polite. They took all the pains to make our stay comfortable. Food was amazing and included a great variety. I will definitely recommend this place to my other friends.
The hotel is looking a bit tired, the room we stayed in was very small, I later found that the rooms on the opposite side were larger, we arrived on a Friday afternoon,we found that the toilet seat was only attached by one hinge, which I reported to the reception, who informed me that it was to late to call the repair man in that day, I said fine as long as you are aware and get it sorted, when I booked out on the following Tuesday I pointed out that the toilet seat had still not been repaired and was told that their repairman only comes on certain days. My misfortune was that he did not come on any of the five days that I was there, the lesson being is I should have insisted on being moved to another room. The hotels web page boasts of it's fine food and that it caters for vegetarian's I noted on their booking form in the special requests that we are vegetarians, the 5 day deal I booked included the Ist and 3rd night's 3 course evening meal included, on the first night after a 4am start to catch a 6.30am flight, after requesting what the vegetarian option was, I was told after a few minutes deliberation that I could have cheese salad, the same as my starter but with cheese added, I was promised on the 3rd night they would have a vegetarian choice, this turned out as stuffed peppers, stuffed with soggy tasteless rice and nothing else on the plate, I had to order and pay extra for some potatoes to fill up on, I cannot comment on the none vegetarian menu, but for this hotel to state that they cater for vegetarians is a bit of a joke. The staff were without doubt the only positives for this hotel they were friendly and did try their best but I got the impression that they were left to do their best without management backup, I was surprised talking to them that at 11pm all the staff went home and in fact the hotel was unmanned until the next morning, if an emergency arose during the night the guest's were left to fend for themselves.
Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung ist wirklich nicht mehr die neueste. Unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem super. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, die Lage des Hotels perfekt und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
