This place was terrible. There was only one outlet close to the beds. The carpets looked so outdated and dirty. There are zero options for dining. Transportation was out of the way (20 min walk to tram). Water pressure was basically non existent- what was the point in showering.

We have been going here several times a year, for almost 10 years. Now, however, the place is extremely run down: carpets threadbare, pictures very dated, wear showing everywhere. New evening staff very rude. Not returning again.

We stayed often in this hotel but this time it was very unsatisfactory. At check-in a lady colleague yelled to other 2 male colleagues. When arriving in room we were called that we paid to much, when arriving at the desk it seems to be a mistake. Breakfast not included so booked it at check-in. Also here, some items were not restocked at all (fruit yoghurt, frysian bread, viennoiserie, etc). You can see the kitchen through a window in the restaurant. Definitely not working according to HACCP. Putting defrosted bread back in the freezer, window was very greasy, dirty cutlery).
