Enjoy this beautiful home with your very own large pool or stroll to the beach for glorious sun rises or reflective sunsets. if Lake Life is more your thing, we have that too. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax inside; across two living areas, the dining area or the kitchen servery. Make a splash in the pool. Round out the day with a BBQ, refreshing shower with fluffy white towels, then curl up in bed made with luxury cotton sheets.
The space
This modern beach house is located between the beach and the lake- you take your pick, or chill in your own pool- no sharing here! Perfect for families, let the kids wear themselves out in the pool while you enjoy the lush backyard and throw lunch on the BBQ! Close to plenty of shopping and dining options at The Entrance you will be spoilt for choice. There are lots of local activities to fill in your time, or chill around their pool on those hot summer days.

You will have access to the whole house and garage, except for one locked room, one locked cupboard and a mezzanine in the garage.
Other things to note
Only allow children in to the pool area and the upstairs balcony under full adult supervision.
Please do not take glass or crockery in to the pool area. Plastic plates and drinking vessels are supplied for the pool area.

Amazing property
Me and my sisters stayed here for 3 days all I can say is wow , very clean property , spacious , has everything you need from kitchen ware too beach towels even kids toys book etc. The pool and outdoor area is amazing we had a great time and definitely will book again. Well done to the owners first time I couldn’t complain about anything.

We spent two nights at Seaspray and the house is absolutely beautiful. The open plan works perfectly and it feels so spacious. The yard is quite spacious and the pool is beautiful, we spent most of the day out there. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of bathrooms throughout. The bbq and outdoor seating is a nice touch especially on a warm day. Louise is really helpful and accomodating. The house was really clean and well kept, we just needed to do a quick vaccum and clean of the bbq prior to kicking off our stay. It is a short 4 minute drive to the main street where the cafes and supermarket are. Around the corner from the house is a little takeaway store which came in handy.
Highly recommend this property, its beautiful with great amenities.
