Extremely disappointing.

The garbage bin was overflowing when we arrived and was full of blow flies and maggots. The disgusting smell was present every time we opened the front door so we had to leave the front door closed which constantly rattled in the wind unless we propped something against the door to stop it. The hinges on the main bathroom door needed oiling and the screeching woke up family members during the night. There was no clothesline to hang wet towels and swimmers on after a day at the beach. There were no wine glasses. The lounge room T.V. did not enable Netflix to be streamed. Every time we were connected to the house Wi-Fi on our personal devices, we were directed to Hong Kong when searching the local area. The google browser changed to Chinese and we were unable to access some Australian content. The ducted air conditioning did not work in the main bedroom which was the main reason we chose to book this property. After emailing the agent and not getting a reply, I phoned the agent. The male staff member who answered the call was completely blaze and I did not get a call back or a reply from the licensee, Simone.
