"The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup.
Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the coffee urn was refilled but the attitude of the person was one in which she made me feel I inconvenienced her by interrupting her book reading and/or phone use. Next time I visit Fitzgerald, we will try another hotel."
