The room, hotel, service and price were all very good and I would recommend. My only fault was that the room was too hot and the window didn’t open. I did report this but it was not resolved. Faults can occur but I did not sleep well due to the uncomfortable temperature. I would stay here again, it was overall a very welcoming place and faults can be rectified in time.

The room was clean, well appointed and pet friendly, which was a positive. The real ales in the bar were tasty and well kept. However, the bathroom sink was blocked and there was a general smell of drains, that we asked to be reviewed, and wasn’t resolved.

Been to stay main time. Felt because you had a part in the hotel felt that was more important than we was we ordered a cheese board and the waitress said was one left over from the party which I felt was much smaller than I’ve normally had when staying with yourselfs and when questioned about my drink didn’t taste right wasn’t interested to a person from party asked the same question then seen I’d heard and then wanted to change mine. And only 2 milk and one coffee was in room very poor effort compared to my previous experience staying with you. When checking out was same person on bar and wasn’t interested in us leaving or coming back as just said well thanks and then bye when handed in key
