It has selective reverse cycle air-conditioning and remote-controlled fans and lights throughout. The paved entertainment area boasts a BBQ and pool table/table tennis/dining table, Large 9 pce timber outdoor setting and also 7 pce timber outdoor setting. To warm you on cold winter nights is a fire pit with firewood provided. Also, on the grounds there are 2 play gyms/ swing sets for the kids to enjoy.
