This beautiful villa located in Moraira is a true gem on the Costa Blanca, with its beautiful nature, magnificent beaches and a wide tourist, cultural and gastronomic offering.



Located 500 metres from L'Ampolla beach. The villa is situated on a fenced plot of land, featuring a built-in barbecue, swimming pool (with umbrellas and sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing), an outdoor toilet with washbasin, WC and shower.



The villa features a marvellous dining room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The entire house is surrounded by a landscaped area with trees, plants, cacti and flowers.



The house has a private and closed second floor for the owners' belongings; only the first floor is available for rent.

Nice size garden with amazing views and big pool. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to places to eat, shops and close to the beach. Very good communication process by the villa company. Had fantastic time with my partner at this place and hope to come here again.

Communication was excellent. Vila was in a perfect location within walking distance to plenty of bars and taverns so no car needed in the evening which is why we booked this Vila in the first place.
