LAYOUT: The Villa is distributed over two floors, designed to maximize the comfort of the guests. On the upper floor there is a spacious living-dining room, with a peculiar distribution where a central staircase divides the spaces. The open plan kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room, creating a perfect environment to live together and enjoy the breathtaking views through the large windows. There is also a bright bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall with a sitting area that leads to the three additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing space and comfort for all guests.
