charming villa located in a protected area, with sea, mountain and countryside, surrounded by pine trees in a quiet but very close to all area activities. you can rent boats and car. we have a very sunny climate. Enclosed garden with TNT TV French and Spanish Channels NEW: Small Installation FITNESS Nb: the cost of heating is not included in the rate between October and April. However, we have a very sunny climate, about 320 days a year. The villa is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by an area of ??protected pine, with very few cars, the villa is the latest in a cul de sac. every comfort, with French TV, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace with barbecue, games etc ...

Séjour agréable et reposant dans un magnifique endroit de la région de MORAIRA et ses environs.

Maison conforme aux photos. De la villa vous avez une vue magnifique, un décor de rêve et une très belle piscine. Dans la journée, vous pouvez apercevoir des écureuils et en soirée des hirondelles. La ville de MORAIRA est située à 2 Km environ de la villa, il y a de nombreux restaurants situés face à la mer. Les habitants sont très agréables et accueillants et la ville est très propre. Il y a également de nombreux supermarchés situés aux alentours de la villa et le marché de MORAIRA est superbe. La propriétaire est très avenante, souriante et à l'écoute de ses vacanciers. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et dès que nous le pourrons nous reviendrons dans cette villa et dans cette si belle région.

Superbes vacances dans une région magnifique

Laissez-vous tenter par des balades comme la Torre Vigia Cap d'or situé tout près de la Villa, ou bien en partant du club nautique de Moraira jusqu'à la plage du Portet, ou encore de la calle Canario jusqu'à la Cala Llebeig, vous ne le regreterez pas... Il y a aussi les chemins de randonnées des pistes écologiques de la cala advocat jusqu'à la cala llovella qui mènent presqu'au pied du rocher de Calpe, pistes situées sur la route de Moraira à Calpe en longeant la côte. C'est un Magnifique endroit... Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil de la part des propriétaires qui vivent près de la Villa. La villa est très agréable, la piscine est nettoyée régulièrement et le quartier est assez calme.

Villa idéale pour famille !

Moraira :petite station balnéaire et portuaire tres agréable (pas betonnée comme Calpe !) , nombreuses villas sur les collines aux alentours. Charmante villa implantée dans un quatier très calme à 3 km de Moraira ( quartier de Paichi à mi distance de Moraira et de Benitachell). A 3 km des plages de l'Ampolla et de Del Portet. Villa très proche de plusieurs centres commerciaux ( <1km des grandes surfaces). Accueil par Joelle ( francaise), propriétaire de la villa , agréable et disponible en cas de probleme ( habite dans le meme quartier). Villa spacieuse de 4 chambres ,deux salles de bain , salon , cuisine, terrasse. Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. Barbecue tres pratique en terrasse. Grande piscine (environ 4 /5m x 8 m) entrenue régulièrement . C'est l'endroit idéal pour une famille recherchant le calme et la tranquilité ... sous le soleil de la Costa Blanca!!!

Quartier calme, maison agréable, grande piscine… Pas en ville mais très proche du centre et de différents commerces avec voiture. Une bonne situation pour profiter des plages alentours. Un accueil chaleureux de Paul et Joëlle qui font tout pour faciliter votre séjour
