DESCRIPTION

Villa with private pool in Moraira, built on a single floor and located just 1.2 km from the beach, with capacity for 6 people. Situated in a very quiet area surrounded by pine trees, this property stands out for the comfort of having no stairs and its proximity to the sea and local services.



INTERIOR

The entire accommodation is set on one single floor. It features a living-dining room with satellite TV and DTT, with direct access to the pool area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two with a double bed (one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower) and a third bedroom with two single beds. The property has a second independent bathroom equipped with a shower.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
