Welcome to VILLA CHRIS, a large Villa with capacity for up to eight people.



Located in a quiet and exclusive urbanisation in Moraira, a coastal city in the province of Alicante, the villa has panoramic views of the sea and marina and offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday.



It has a large private swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace equipped with a barbecue and seating area, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners.



The plot is completely fenced.



The villa is distributed over two floors that do not communicate with each other. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, both with a double bed; one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a bathroom with a shower.



The upper floor has a covered terrace, a living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms; one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.



The property has air conditioning in the upper apartment: in the living-dining room and one of the bedrooms and is located just a few minutes by car from the main beaches and supermarkets.

Magnifique villa 28312547

J’ai passé deux semaines formidables dans cette villa ! Plusieurs terrasses permettent de profiter du soleil à tout moment de la journée, la piscine est grande et très agréable, et la vue est tout simplement magnifique. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui est parfait pour se reposer, tout en étant proche de tout : le centre-ville, les restaurants et les supermarchés sont à seulement 6 minutes en voiture. Un grand merci également à l’équipe de Villa’s Holidays pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme : ils sont disponibles, réactifs et toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions, que ce soit par WhatsApp ou par e-mail. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Je voulais simplement vous faire part d’un petit point d’amélioration concernant la villa : la vaisselle n’était pas en très bon état (certains ustensiles manquaient ou étaient abîmés, et il a fallu en relaver une partie avant de s’en servir). Ce n’est pas grand-chose, mais je pense que ce serait utile d’y jeter un œil pour les prochains locataires. Merci encore pour le reste du séjour, qui s’est très bien passé !

Högt och fint läge med många sociala ytor

Fungerar ypperligt för 8 personer, med i praktiken en separat lägenhet med eget kök och badrum. Högt läge, fin trädgård och ganska stor pool. Både kol- och gasolgrill. Enda vi saknade var bättre parkeringsmöjlighet, det finns en parkering för 1 bil, men vi hade 3 och då fick 2 stå på gatan.
