The house is in a quiet location, 750 meters from a small neighborhood shopping center with supermarket, bars, restaurants and various shops,

5 minutes from the center of Moraira, an old fishing village on a sheltered bay, Moraira remains one of the most preserved resorts. A beautiful coast, a beautifully restored 18th century castle, good sports facilities, shops and beautiful beaches allow you to enjoy all the extensive attractions of the Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia (airports), with these numerous sites to to visit.
Every Friday morning the local market very popular with tourists animates the city even more.
An amusement park for small children is open every evening.

20 min. by car is the Marina, large shopping center with supermarket and all the fashionable shops that appeal to teens and adults.

Villa très agréable située dans un quartier très calme, bien équipée. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible. Un avis personnel pour perfectionner la villa : Manque juste un carport pour avoir la voiture à l’ombre et une pergola pour pouvoir plus profiter de l’espace repas près du barbecue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La casa estaba muy bien El aire acondicionado de dos habitaciones no funcionaba y lo pusieron nuevo justo el día que nos marchaban La dueña una vez pagamos la primera paga nos exigió 150 euros de más al cual nos negamos y nos rebajó 50 euros o si no no nos dejaba entrar en la casa Lo pusimos en conocimiento de la página o aplicación y nos dijeron que no teníamos que pagar nada pero aún así pagamos Nos hemos sentido robados por esta señora
