The living room has a large open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to a spacious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower.

Through some interior stairs we access to the upper floor where we find 2 charming bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and spacious terraces with open views to the mountains and surrounding urbanizations.

The whole property has air-conditioning with the option of hot or cold air conditioning and internet.

The exterior of the property has a large private infinity pool with entrance via comfortable steps.
Next to the pool there is a large covered terrace with outdoor dining table, an excellent barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, relaxation area with outdoor sofas and a sunbathing area with sunbeds.

The fully fenced garden has a large garden area with natural grass and palm trees. The garden is ideal for children's games. At the entrance area to the garden there is ample uncovered parking for up to 3 vehicles.
