Great villa and great views

The villa is as described. The view is outstanding. The owners were very helpful and very responsive. Too cool to use the pool but it is in a very private position. There are a number of steps down from the parking to the villa.We had a great stay and hope to return.

Lovely villa

Really enjoyed our stay here. The villa was great, we chose this one specifically for the pool/bbq area. We were after somewhere where we could be in the pool and still socialise with others doing the bbq. We had a slight miscommunication on the 1st night regarding no cot or high chair, but pedro and his family rectified this on the same day - thank you! The villa has everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The only thing to note would be, if you’re after a villa that you could walk from into town this wouldn’t be practical, you would need a car. For us this wasn’t a necessity as we have small children. Also pack a good mosquito repellant!

Die Zeit in der Villa war einfach perfekt! Das Objekt ist in allen Belangen traumhaft. Die Lage am Hang mit Meeresblick ist einzigartig schön. Die Terrasse mit Außenküche und großem Pool war unser Lieblingsort und da haben wir auch die meiste Zeit verbracht. Der Pool ist super sauber und wurde regelmäßig von einem Poolreiniger gepflegt. Sowohl die Außen- als auch die Innenküche hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren super zum Schlafen und die Ventilatoren hilfreich bei der Hitze. Es gibt zwei Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer und auch sonst noch viel Platz im Wohnzimmer und Innenbereich. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind Waschmaschine und Spülmaschiene. Die Kommunikation mit Pedro und Marion war zu jeder Zeit herzlich und unkomplizert. Wir haben den Urlaub rundum genossen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Danke für alles und für eure äußerst herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit!!!

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr gute Zeit und die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool und die Outdoor-Küche sowie die wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche war in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. In den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer sind Ventilatoren, so dass man die Hitze gut aushalten kann. Die Kommunikation mit Pedro verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Der Check-in war sehr einfach und angenehm. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen mit dem wir einkaufen fahren konnten und waren auch ein paar mal am Strand, welcher sehr schön und gepflegt ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft für jeden nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Tolles Haus mit 180 Grad Meerblick

Das geräumige Haus ist voll ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Der Pool und der Außenbereich mit 180 Grad Meerblick sind der Hammer. Alles ist überdurchschnittlich liebevoll gepflegt.Allerdings gibt es fast immer Nachbarn die mit lauten Laubbläsern, Kreissägen oder anderen Werkzeugen ihre Villen reinigen oder verschönern lassen. Das ist teilweise wirklich nervig und sehr laut.Das Haus befindet sich in den Bergen von Moraira inmitten vieler anderer Villen. Man hat hier viel Privatsphäre. Das Grundstück ist komplett von gepflegten Pflanzen umgeben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und freundlich zugewandte Menschen!

Ha sido una estancia increíble y Pedro muy amable y dispuesto en todo momento. La casa nos ha encantado, la privacidad que tiene.. la comodidad de tener cocina exterior junto a la piscina..lo cierto es que dentro de la casa a penas nos ha hecho falta entrar!! Y unas vistas impresionantes. Sin duda volveremos algún día , mi hijo de 5 años ha estado genial!!

Superbe séjour, magnifique maison !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 7 jours dans cette maison. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et parle français, ce qui est utile pour les informations avant et à l’arrivée. La maison est très confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La cuisine extérieure est très fonctionnelle et pratique. La vue depuis la terrasse est splendide. Nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés !
