Luxurious apartment in the beautiful Elbmarschland

You live in a 2018/2019 completely renovated semi-detached house with garage and / or car parking space.
The apartment consists of a 25sqm living room, a modern fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2.5 bedrooms for up to 7 people. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, there is a new water bed and the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 bar stools. The living room has a large 75 inch screen with satellite reception, Playstation 4, large mirror elements and a Hue light installation. The terrace was re-tiled in 2019 and equipped with comfortable garden armchairs. Furthermore, a (heated) pool can be used and loungers are available on a separate wooden terrace. The house is in a very quiet area on a street with no through traffic. It is less than 200m to the baker and 1km to the supermarket. The heated outdoor pool is about 400m away and the marina on the Elbe is a 4-minute walk away. You can take wonderful walks along the ditches and the Elbe and for cat lovers we have integrated a modern and dOorless cat litter box into the apartment.
The ground floor is barrier-free and an additional 2 people can stay in the living room. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. The garage and the property are under video surveillance for your security. Your landlord lives next door and can solve any problem immediately.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Sehr Empfehlenswert

Eine tolle Unterkunft, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause und konnten super abschalten- auch Dank des durch uns reichlich genutzten Whirlpools auf der Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist ländlich, was wir aber wussten, lädt aber zu Spaziergängen an der Elbe oder im Sommer auch zu Radtouren ein. Für unsere Ausflüge nach Lüneburg, Hamburg, Lübeck oder ins Wendland war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Die Gastgeberin war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher mal wieder vorbeischauen.

Absoluter Traumaufenthalt

Bei der Ankunft fühlte man sich gleich wie zuhause , und wurde mit 1 Flasche Wein wie auch Wasser empfangen . Die Lage ist ländlich und sehr ruhig und auch was für jeden dabei . Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen besser wie ein 5 * Hotel . Ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit viel Unterhaltungs Elektronik und Gesellschaftsspielen . Im 1 Stock befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer und Bad und WC alles sehr schön eingerichtet . Unterm Dach nochmals ein sehr großes Zimmer mit weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten , Klimaanlage und ein weiterer Smart TV . Große überdachte Terrasse mit Wirlpool und Schwimmbecken . Alles erste Sahne und hat 5 * verdient . Der Komfort ist einfach nur Mega . Kommen gerne wieder , wollten eigentlich garnicht gehen . Grüße an alle und Flynn ( Katze 🐱 ) war ein gern gesehener Gast . Unglaublich schön

Wir hatten unglaubliche tolle und erhomsame Tage in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Hier fehlt es tatsächlich an nichts. Die Umgebung war ein Traum und alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Familie ist super lieb sodass man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlen kann . Der kleine miauende Wachmann Flynn hat seine Aufgabe alles zu bewachen auch sehr ernstgenommen und kam einmal zu uns um seine Bezahlung in Form von Leckerlies, abzuholen😁. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich sehr empfehlen

Herrlich ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit superfreundlichen Vermietern

Meine Eltern sind zusammen mit meinem Neffen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus gewesen und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Da sie selbst kein Smart-Home haben, waren sie mit der Technik zwischenzeitlich etwas überfordert. Aber dafür hat der Whirlpool über das leider ziemlich bescheidene Wetter hinweg geholfen. Der angekündigte Reviertiger wurde kaum gesichtet, was möglicherweise dem Wetter zuzuschreiben ist. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und Familie Stieber ist nicht nur wunderbar erreichbar, sondern auch überaus nett und freundlich. Wenn das Ferienhaus zum nächsten Besuch frei ist, kommt meine Familie liebend gern dorthin zurück!

Eigentlich müsste man die Ferienwohnung sehr mies Bewerten damit nicht so viele dahinfahren und man auch mal wieder die Changs hat da Urlaub zu machen. ABER DAS WÄHRE SEHR UNFAIR!!!! Die FeWo Ankinchens wahr voll ausgestattet so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die liebe Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein, das Betthupferl oder das liebevoll hergerichtete Bad haben uns vermittelt:“ Liebe Gäste ihr seid bei uns willkommen.“ Die Benutzung des Whirlpool war ein Traum. Der riesige Fernseher, die vielen Gesellschaftsspiele, die Playstadien oder die VR Brille. Man wollte eigentlich gar nicht aus dem Haus. Überall Fußbodenheizung, die Elbe Fuß nah sowie ein Bäcker. Vielen Dank für diese vielen Wohlfühlfaktoren

Einfach Ruhe!

Als Eltern mit erwachsenen Kindern suchten wir einfach mal Ruhe zum Jahreswechsel. Schon der freundliche Empfang stimmte uns positiv. Der Aufenthalt in dem sauberen, durchdacht eingerichtetem Haus mit den zahlreichen Extras ist ebenso zu bewerten. Der Whirlpool bei Regenwetter war genial und auch das Kinoerlebnis im Wohnzimmer war gerade richtig, um den Alltagsstress zu vergessen. Ein Aufenthalt in Ankinchen ist nur zu empfehlen. Auch wir werden gewiss im Sommer einmal wiederkommen, um die Umgebung und auch Lüneburg in anderen Farben zu sehen.

Sehr moderne Wohlfühloase zum perfekten Relaxen. Das heiße Wetter ließ sich in dem großzügigen Pool sehr gut aushalten. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier goldrichtig.

Tespe ist eine Reise wert.

Die Ferienwohnung ist genau wie beschrieben. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ist bei jedem Wetter eine gute Adresse. Wir hatten das Glück auch in dem Pool zu baden. Der kleine Garten ist ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gut gegen neugierige Blicke geschützt. Die sehr schöne Wohnsiedlung ist vollkommen ruhig gelegen und doch ist es zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit nicht weit. Die Familie Stiebert ist schnell bei Fragen zu erreichen und es gibt wertvolle Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Von Tespe aus sind Hamburg, Lüneburg und auch Lübeck sehr gut zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst und ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir ( Familie mit einem Dreijährigen Kind) haben eine super Woche in Tespe verbracht. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erkunden und im Ferienhaus hat man sich super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Familie Stieber, das war vom ersten Kontakt an sehr harmonisch und unproblematisch. Auch für die vielen guten Tipps von Herrn Stieber sind wir dankbar und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Wir, Eltern mit Erwachsenen Sohn, haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, aber sich auch diskret zurückhaltende Vermieter. Wenn wir nicht nur 5 Tage Zeit gehabt hätten, hätten wir uns gerne noch länger in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Dort hält man es auch bei Dauerregen sehr gut aus. Unser Sohn hat natürlich sofort die Playstation entdeckt, die ihn zusammen mit dem riesigen Bildschirm in ihrem Bann hielt. Eine sehr individuelle Wohnung, an die man sich gerne erinnert.
