”Villa Su Castangiu is located within a complex of 3 residential ,two of which are intended for tourist rental, They are only 2 km far from the well-liked “Foxi Manna” beach.

The structure consists of two charming independent three-room apartments.



Apartment 1 is placed on the ground floor and consists of: a living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower. The whole is completed by a large veranda equipped for outdoor dining.



Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and consists of: a large living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

To top it all off there is a large panoramic terrace that can be used for outdoor dining.



Villa “Su Castangiu” has also a large courtyard with parking spaces, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven, a swimming pool with solarium and a 5-a-side football field.

All these services are shared with the other apartments.

Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und in einer schön gelegenen ruhigen Lage. Der Hausbesitzer und seine Frau waren sehr nett und für alle fragen offen und haben uns einige Tipps gegeben. Der Pool war stets eine schöne abkühlung.Wunderbare zeit auf der Terrasse beim Frühstück oder abendessen mit sehr schönem Ausblick war jeden Tag gegeben. Mit der All4Sardenia Argentur waren wir auch sehr zufrieden, netter empfang und fragen wurden von Melisa auch schnell und freundlich beantwortet.Ein sehr schöner 9 Tage Urlaub wurden uns gegeben. Einziges Manko für uns dass der Weg zum Haus nicht befestigt war und ein wenig unangenehm mit dem Motorrad war, stand leider nicht in der Hausbeschreibung

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Sehr ruhig - Alleinlage, sehr schöne Landschaft, der herrliche Strand in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar, überaus freundliche Gastgeber, die eine familiäre Atmosphäre schaffen und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stehen. Auch an den etwas abenteuerlichen Anfahrtsweg gewöhnt man sich schnell - tiefer gelegte Autos sollte man allerdings nicht haben.

Wunderschöner Ort bei großartigen Menschen

Giovanni und seine Frau sind unglaublich herzliche, großzügige Menschen die alles tun, damit sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen! Sie haben uns zu einem sardischen Grillabend eingeladen, uns frische Ziegenmilch gebracht und sich toll gekümmert. Das Haus liegt großartig, wie eine Villa, man schwimmt im Naturpool unter den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer, es fehlt an nichts, was will man mehr! Danke Giovanni und bis zum nächsten Mal! Familie Nord

De très belles vacances

Le logement était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, grand, propre et l'accès à tout les équipements, au milieu de la nature à 5 mins en voiture de la plage. Un coup de cœur particulier pour nos hôtes Giovanni et Elvira, des gens simples et charmants toujours prêts à rendre services , super accueillants !!

Eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Giovanni

Wir haben wundervolle 14 Tage im Haus von Giovanni erlebt. Es ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick über das Tal und wird morgens schon mal von einer Ziegenherde geweckt. Der eigene Pool, sowie der Sportplatz sind perfekt um einen schönen Tag, in aller Ruhe am Haus zu verbringen. Besonders hat uns die Gastfreundlichkeit von Giovanni und seiner Familie gefallen. So liebe, nette Leute trifft man selten. Ebenso stand Alessandro von All4Sardina zu jeder Tageszeit sofort zur Verfügung, sollte mal eine Frage aufkommen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an alle. Absolut zu empfehlen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Giovanni, der Gastgeber, ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sich immer an ihn wenden und er hilft sofort. Wir könne dieses Haus zu 200% weiterempfehlen.
