Perched on the heights of the estate, the 5-star-rated Villas Iwana & Baïa offer one of the most beautiful views over the Baie des Saintes — a panorama our guests describe as "breathtaking."
Two fully air-conditioned villas, newly built and high-end: 6 suites with private bathrooms, premium bedding, and ocean views; spacious, light-filled living areas; fully equipped modern kitchens (center island, dishwasher, induction cooktop…); and a heated infinity pool at each villa overlooking the bay.
Ideal for family or friends, accommodating up to 12 guests. Peaceful and elevated, just a few minutes by golf cart from the village of Terre-de-Haut, its beaches, and its restaurants.
The special touch: personalized service. Our concierge (Nathalie) welcomes you in person and can arrange your ferry/airport transfers, golf cart rental, and her favorite local spots — a service our guests call exceptional.
Good to know: on the island, a golf cart is highly recommended for getting around — we'd be happy to reserve one for you.
