The route is especially pleasant during the week and early in the morning, heading north along the N308-1, where birdsong and the sound of rivers accompany your walk.



The waterfalls of Gerês are another treasure of the region, all easily accessible. From the famous Arado Waterfall to the more secluded Rajada and Fecha de Barjas, there is always a hidden spot to discover—revealing the pure and powerful beauty of the mountain waters.
