With fantastic views of the Albufeira da Caniçada and the Serra do Gerês, Casa Bela Vista is located in a peaceful and welcoming spot, very close to the Sanctuary of S. Bento da Porta Aberta and the town of Gerês. It has a private saltwater swimming pool.



Casa Bela Vista consists of 3 double bedrooms with capacity for 6 people, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room and 2 bathrooms (1 WC and 1 with shower) and an equipped kitchen. Enjoy the balcony with a fantastic view of the mountain and the river, and of course, the private saltwater swimming pool.

The house has a private outdoor space, a barbecue and a swimming pool.

Exceeded expectations

This property exceeded all expectations—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and perfectly located with breathtaking views. The upstairs living room and well-maintained grounds, including a lovely pool, made for a fantastic stay.The kitchen was well equipped, though a few extra utensils would be helpful. We were warmly welcomed by the host’s agent, who was professional and informative, and the support system was excellent (though we didn’t need it).The town had a small, but very good, supermarket and several cafés and restaurants, and the waterfront offered affordable boat rentals. A car is essential, as public transport is limited.A great base for exploring the national park, with added value from the included activity coupons. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and quality accommodation.

Großes Haus

Viele Schlafzimmer, die Ausstattung ist sehr altmodisch und es roch etwas muffig. Die Küche war sehr voll, allerdings vieles nicht funktionsfähig, z.B. drei Espressomaschinen, von denen nur eine funktionierte. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön. Die Zufahrt ist sehr uneben und es ist schwierig mit dem Auto hineinzurangieren ohne aufzusetzen.
