Twins 1 Quiet Home Terracina Apartments

Twins 1 and 2 are twin apartments of about 45 square meters, one double bedroom, living room with two single beds (if any), kitchen, dishwasher, 2 smart TVs with streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Paramount+ , for families of up to 4 people each. They share the outdoor garden space with tables and umbrellas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a relaxation area with 4 power points in case you need to do smart work. The garden is also covered entirely by its own wifi access point. In the garden there is a solar thermal shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, along with a couple of bikes that we make available to our guests. A sunbed and a beach chair complete the facilities, in case you don't feel like going down to the beach and enjoying the sun in the garden. There is also a jar, which is a 500L water reserve that makes up for any water deficiencies that, especially in summer, happen with increasing frequency.

Each of our apartments is fully air conditioned. The Twins, in particular, have a high quality air conditioning system, using Daikin fan coils with water cooling. Our guests are always very satisfied with this very gentle and efficient and particularly quiet type of air conditioning. All facilities are also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows, so if the season is cool or if guests do not like to air condition the rooms there are no problems with any insects.Although our facilities are in the center of town they are very quiet because they are about 100m away from the nightlife, on a street with no traffic.All of our facilities are equipped with electronic locks that can be unlocked by a numeric code that we give to our guests for the duration of their stay or by convenient proximity cards that we make available inside each apartment.
