The property is excellent, very clean, and the employees are very professional. The restaurant needs to train its waitresses. They seemed to be there merely waiting for breakfast to finish and then clean the area. In my opinion, they should be assisting guests, such as cleaning, serving coffee, and attending to any needs. Instead of simply telling guests where to find something like sugar, they should be proactive in providing service. The elevator needs to be repaired. It is always under maintenance. The swing pool should not be advertised because it has not been working for a long time. It is constantly 'under maintenance'.

I wish they would have let me know the swimming pool was being remodeled at the time of reservation. I would have chosen another hotel. The staff was helpful and polite, the hotel was clean, good shower.

Great Hotel.....Maybe the best in Teresina!

Very accommodating hotel staff. Excellent breakfast!!! Restaurant open late until 11pm 👍. Rooftop pool could be prettier, decorated better, made to look more inviting. Bird poop falls into the pool from the ledge above 👎. Maybe the best hotel in Teresina.

I enjoyed my stay at the Metropolitan Hotel in Teresina, Brasil. Although the language barrier you my want to have a translator like Google translate to help you out. Very nice and gracious staff.

Foi otima! Limpeza do quarto, banheiro. Acho que a coberta poderia ser mais quente! Cafe da manha farto, com variedades… A reposição dos copos e retirada dos pratos usados, um pouco lenta( pode ser diminuída do staff- momento atual) O free coquetel é um mimo agradável e dar para aproveitar a vista e, o vento gostoso na area da piscina! O staff do atendimento cortez e educado! Nao foi a primeira e não será a ultima vez que la ficarei! O acesso para vários locais da cidade é facil!

All as expected from the best hotel in Teresina

A lovely, safe, well located spot to spend the night. They were remodeling thew lobby but it looked like it will be finished soon. An unexpected balcony was one of many little touches that made our stay pleasant. We were visiting the incredible beaches of Barra Grande, a six hour drive north and had an early flight home so wanted to stay closer to the airport. The Metropolitan did not disapoint. Very friendly staff and mostly COVID sensitive. A few risks in the breakfast room- shared handle on the coffee urn rather than individual carafes for example- but given the loaction it was just fine.

Good hotel, we had difficulty with our in-room safe and air conditioning unit, but they were very helpful and moved us to a new room. Late check-in our first night for my wife and I wasn't particularly welcoming, but the service was great after that. Room was a little aged (bathroom fixtures, etc.), but an elegant hotel. The breakfast was fabulous.

The only problem was that Ive reserve a queen bed! And when i arrived i got two beds, and I was to tired to go down and changed it, I was very upset at the beggining because Ive make reaervation with some days of anticipation!

The Metropolitan Hotel is in the center of the city and a bit of an oasis given the heat of the city. The rooms are large, well furnished and comfortable. The staff is generally very good.
