Experiencia extraordinaria

Extraordinaria experiencia, el trato y el servicio con excepcionales. La habitación en donde estuvimos era muy comoda y todos los espacios son muy bonitos. El respeto por el entorno y la naturaleza es notable. Seguramente regresaremos.

El hotel es muy bonito, con habitaciones amplias, los alrededores ofrecen diversas actividades, como visita al sitio arqueológico de Cantona o las lagunas cráter. El restaurante del hotel es muy rico, con platillos tradicionales y un buen sasón. Sin embargo, lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia el internet no funcionaba, y tampoco la chimenea de nuestra habitación, al intentar encenderla se llenó la habitación de humo. Tampoco estaban disponibles todas las amenidades del SPA que anuncian en el hotel. Es una pena pues causa cierta decepción al enterarse que no todo lo que anuncian está disponible.

El lugar excelente, la atención muy buena, pero el servicio de Spa, no fue lo que esperábamos, el sauna frio, el yacusi no funcionaba, cuando nos quedamos a disfrutar el yacusi nos quitaron la música.
