A little tired ( like me ) but spotlessly clean, plenty of coffee and tea sachets, 5 minute walk to Coles , 15 minute walk to main shopping areas, Restaurant on site , we had a large room at the back , comfortable bed , quiet .

Wonderful experience! We will stay here again. Wonderful location, great parking, so clean! Heating was great (we stayed in winter), beautiful gardens! Only downside was the beds weren’t that comfortable.

The owner very unhelpful!!! We were supposed to stay on Sunday night, we were in Gunnedah on Saturday. Roads closed to Armidale due to snow; roads shut to Tamworth due to flooding; we physically could not get to Tenterfield. We left and headed to Moree before roads were shut to flooding. When we had to cancel the owner informed us, we were inside our 24-cancellation period and tough luck and kept our money!

The pink painted buildings were a bit off putting but the new owners told us they were about start work on completely renovating everything. The rooms were beautiful and spacious but the biggest surprise was the beautiful dining room with its wonderful log fire and all newly painted and furnished. We were so glad we decided to eat there as the food was quite good. We hope to go through Tenterfield again in the next few years to see what the new owners do with the place. Highly recommended.

We were pleased to have a room located at the back of the property. The room was spacious and well appointed, even had a washer & dryer and a microwave with simple kitchen set up for a quick breakfast.

There was no microwave, cutlery, plates or bowls inside the room. The room itself was lovely and the shower was freat. Water hammer noise from the adjoining unit was loud at times. Staff were.made aware. Although there were some shortcomings, I would happily return to this property.

The property was convenient to town. However, the shower head and water pressure were terrible. The allocated parking spots were horrible and if you didn't park properly then you wouldn't fit (or you could be like the person who took my and their park so i didn't have anywhere to park). Being on the highway it was noisy but not unbearable. Not sure I'd book again.
