asa Camelia ist eine sonnige, gemütliche und stilvolle 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung (90m2) in der Residenz "Camelia" in Contra, oberhalb von Tenero. Casa Camelia liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist zentral gelegen. Von Ihrer überdachten Terrasse aus können Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore genießen. Die Residenz "Camelia", in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist von viel Grün umgeben und liegt in der Nähe von schönen Wanderwegen.
Es steht Ihnen ein großer Swimmingpool (15x6m) zur Verfügung mit einem kleinen Teil des Pools, der ideal für kleine Kinder ist.
Bitte beachten Sie: Das Schwimmbad ist NICHT beheizt und ist NICHT das ganze Jahr in Betrieb. Normalerweise ist er von ca. Mitte Mai bis Mitte Oktober in Betrieb, aber BITTE ERKLÄREN SIE SICH VOR ABSCHLUSS IHRER BUCHUNG ERST MIT UNS.
