This will be short and sweet... great location great apartment and great service.. I really just wanted to write this to praise Alex at reception. He helped me and my girlfriend to plan our trip here so easily and was so so helpful but most importantly he was honest.. he also was able to book a hire car for me me and book tickets to attractions from reception! well done Alex and I hope your manager reads this!! We went for the half board option and being honest we felt it the best... we got great food each time we went for the buffet and with it being half board meant we still went and tried other places in the locality! Overall the best bet! This wasn’t short and sweet as it turns out but we will certainly be recommending this place to family and friends! :)

Hotel was clean, staff were all friendly. The hotel is close to restaurants and the beach front. The breakfast buffet is really great. This was my second time staying in this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

lovely hotel and staff were really friendly and helpful hotel very clean and tidy rooms a bit dated but otherwise perfect stay lots of food choices with meet and fish being cooked as you waited very nice touch

The hotel is run down and dated, a bit like the rest of town. There is a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee, cups or spoons ect so how are you supposed to make a tea. You have you pay extra for the safe, Aircon, iron. The food is terrible especially the breakfast all I had was eggs on toast everyday. You can upgrade the all inclusive and get premium spirits for 15 euro a day, this is about the best thing about the hotel. The music they play round the pool makes you want to go to sleep and the whole place is set up for OAPs really. Won't be going to Tenerife ever again.

I stayed here in October and it was fantastic so I decided to rebook and return in December unfortunately I was bitten by bedbugs unknown to me At the time but after a few days I sent a picture back home and I got a nasty shock within the reply telling me what they were. I got my room changed and was given 2 beds pushed together with 2 separate mattress where as I had a lovely huge bed in previous room so it was like down grading. Couldn't sleep properly for rest of holiday in fear of being bitten again me just being paranoid but ruined last half of holiday. They said I'd not been bitten there so why when had returned to old room to get a phone charger I had forgotten it was like someone had trashed the place it was being deep cleaned ! How could I get bitten anywhere else I only stayed in your hotel. I now have a few scars left from the bites ! The staff saw the bites and the Silvia has the pictures.

Loved this hotel my wife enjoyed it alot took her for her birthday . staff was very helpfull . hotel has beautiful location. Breakfast was ok .very clean and tidy and a nice pool.will visit again. Thanks

Hotel rooms cold with no heating slept first night in coat. Had more blankets given but rooms cold in evening. No fridge and wanted 25 euros to give us a heater. Have never stayed anywhere where we have been asked to pay for heating. Comp!aimed but no response. Entertainment dated and cold there as well as no heating. Food excellent and plenty of seats outside but would never stay again.

Stayed for one night before going to a villa..was very glad that was all.. Positives..clean..lovely breakfast..nice pool (tho totally ice cold) crazy sunbed rush..near beach..los cristianos was nice.. Negetives..25 minutes to check in with very disinterested woman..didnt greet us..just went thru "processing" us..with no eye contact or conversation..whilst answering the phone..talking to her colleague.. Disorganised at dinner..issues if half board with getting slips signed(which we werent told) as dont take cash for drinks Food at dinner poor..def wouldnt eat there again.. Room dated..much darker than in brochure photo..bunks for kids which is good but no ladder so clambering on a chair to get up and down. Pool as said was like ice..much colder than unheated pool on portugal in october.

We have visited this hotel many times and I must say that this was the best holiday ever! On arrival a friendly man on reception allocated us a fabulous room on the 9th floor which had a loungevwiyh fridge, freezer, tea making facilities setter large tv it was great. The furnishings were of top quality and simplistic and classy. Breakfast is ok, I never like a cooked breakfast in Spain or the Canaries, bacon too fatty, sausages like the cocktail variety eggs too runny etc that said there is a good selection of fruit coked meats salad and breads so you won't go hungry. The evening meal offers a varied menu I th something for everyone. The location is fantastic and is very near beach and various busses stop just down the path that go to most of the Islands attractions.

The hotel in general is what we expected. Decor/facilities etc all a bit tired. What we really didn’t get is the half board package. The dining room was full of people with full plates but empty glasses. Who on earth decided that a bottle of water is only included in the All Inclusive package?? We had no intention of drinking in the hotel hence not opening a €50 tab. But seriously, no water at dinner...? Absolutely bonkers. The kettle in the room is great but the fact there weren’t any cups doesn’t make sense. A safe in the room which you need to pay for was another thing I wasn’t happy about. It may be half board but my goodness they sting you for anything extra you might want. Bedrooms are a fantastic size as is the bathroom, Lucky to get a fantastic view but be careful with kids and the balcony as to below waist height so pretty dangerous.
