We booked this hotel because it was recommended for kids 4-12 years old. And I have to say that it kind of kept the promise. The good: - Entertainment for kids (football, volleyball, polo, etc.) - Waterslide for the small kids - Drinks - Small buffet for children and not only - The rooms were clean and ok - Enough places to sit at the pools The not so good: - Entertainment in the evening was more like a sad joke: the guy making pizza during the day, was the main entertainer in the evening, the girls taking care of children during the day, were dancers in the evening. Everything was dubled, but I have to appreciate the effort, if not the performance. - The food was less variable than we expected (compared to our previous experience) - The food was mostly good, but there were a few times when we asked ourselves what that was - IMO there was not enough fish offered, even if there were always 1-2 types of food(compared to our previous experience) - The cocktail bar was a bad joke. You got one type of cocktail per evening. Anything else you had to pay. - The wines are table wines, cheap and not so good. The only way to drink them was very cold, with mineral water. So, more like refreshment :) - Relatively far away from the ocean and beach Overall, was OK for the money. The kids loved the pool :)

This is a clean hotel, for young families(not teenagers), staff are very good and there attitude to your holiday couldn't be better. Downside. Beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in, this hotel is not aimed a English tourists and if you are Italian, German or Spanish then this hotel will suit you down to the ground( except the seriously bad beds. Entertainment 😂 As I said good for the children but other than that it is piss poor miming to theme media and lip-sinking performance. All inclusive 🍻 Basic booze behind the bar, mediocre wine on the dinner table, food could be a better standard and is aimed at the taste of said clientele. Overall I would give this hotel 57/100 for value for money and all of the above.

We strongly recommend this place! Smiling, very nice staff, delicious and various food, beautiful beach nearby. Good location for long walks in the evening. We liked the swimming pools, gym and shows in the evening

Came here for our honeymoon and honestly cant fault it. Food is brilliant and was a lot of choice - you do have to share tables with other couples/family's at busy times. Staff were polite and very helpful. Good location - close to beach, mini golf and shops. Parrots and guinea pigs in holiday resort that you can feed. Swimming pool was big enough and plenty of sun loungers by the pool. Room was clean and good size plus had hair dryer in room. Would definitely go back!

This hotel is perfect for families, the animation crew who do kids club and evening entertainment shows were the best we have ever found. My kids were never bored and we left with a few extra friends on Facebook. My 3 yr old son was particularly attached to one of the girls, they're mainly English too and made such an effort. We have been to other hotels since in the canaries and found ourselves comparing everything to park club Europe. It's In a fab location close to and almost on the main strip but just out of the way enough to not be disturbed by the night life. The only thing we didn't like was the salt water pool and the sharp sand that is around the kids and small pool, minor issue really as there's 5 pools!

My partners mum and dad stayed here for a week. Firstly, they stayed in the old part of this hotel above the shop Mango! 200 yards away from the reception?? The beds were never changed. They had to request this at the reception twice. Which the gentleman shouted at them "REPEAT... REPEAT" when they tried to ask them. The bins were never emptied. Again they had to request for the cleaner to come and empty it. The light on their balcony was out, which they requested to get fixed at the reception. It wasn't even fixed by the time they left. The table in their room, my partners mum wrote a "C" in the dust to clean it. It was still there when they left. Again they have photographs. The entertainment in the hotel didn't speak English. Again they have videos. They had no aircon or fan in the room. They were advised that there was no air con, However were told there were fans. The room had a blue carpet that had a horrible smell. In the restaurant, they sat down at a clean table that was set for the NEXT morning. The waiter told them to move and put them at a dirty table where someone had previously ate their dinner, which again wasn't cleaned, there was no fresh cutlery or fresh glasses. They had to go and get them on their own. A complaint has been raised to the travel agent involved.

We stayed in August 2016 and enjoyed our stay. The food we quite repetitive but always yummy. The pool was nice, would be great for families with families with children. The receptionist wouldn't let us in our room until the booking "ticket" was provided which we didn't have and she had to go get approval from a manager to just take our booking confirmation instead, all other staff were friendly.

This is the second year I have stayed here and can't rate it high enough . Previously stayed at Med palace and Cleopatras palace that are 5 star but would def rather come here Lovely clean rooms with separate lounge area and balcony . Big walk in wet room /shower . Rooms made up and towels changed daily . All inclusive usually means stewed tepid disgusting food but all food in restaurant is fresh with massive choice . During day snack are served and is a smaller al fresco style eatery by pool. Lovely coffee bar that does fresh ground coffee all day . If you are thinking princess discil .. don't!! ( awful place) want value for money ?, come here . Have also been Best Tenerife , that is run down and again not a patch on park club Europe This is centrally located with shops and bars only a couple of minutes walk towards Crisrianos . Not too many English in this hotel but is that a bad thing? Highly recommended!!

Thanks to the staff for allocating me a room on the ground floor close to the reception and the pool.Lovely clean rooms. The best of showers.Staff were friendly and helpful.Food was great with lots of variety.

We had a pleasant stay here, the location is great and the staff is polite and always ready to help. We got an upgrade for a suite, which was wonderful, as we travelled with our 1 year old baby boy; the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. There is a large outside area, lots of sun-beds near the pool, but you have to pay to use pool towels. The food is good (maybe there is some space for improvement on deserts and pastries), with lots of choices for each meal, but the restaurant has just large 8-seats tables, so in most cases you need to share the table with other people. The biggest downside was coffee...only instant coffee machines are available in the restaurant for breakfast and the bar, which has good espresso, opens only at 10 AM. Also, in 2017 I wouldn't expect to pay for WiFi in a good hotel.
