Just returned from 15 nights All Inclusive at this hotel, fast check in with a refreshing drink, room wasnt quite ready so nipped down for lunch and a drink. Had room 915 on 9th floor with pool and sea views ans sun all day. Lovely clean rooms very comfy beds, free bottled water in room every day plus occasional chocolates and fruit left. The food was amazing so much choice and very good quality, with wine and beer on tap, particularly fond of the sparkling champagne at the pool bar every day. Very friendly bar staff, they got to know what you drank especially Sid giving me very generous vodka measures . Entertainment staff very hard working and put on great shows giving it their all, Thanks especially to Peter and Simone who really work hard and are very funny. The Charlie Chaplin show had me in stitches for days, Abba were great getting everyone up dancing, all in all we only left the hotel one night as so much going on there. This is our second time here at Las Dalias and will definately be coming back, thanks to everyone for a great holiday.
My wife and I went in January this year for 2 week holiday. The hotel is clean, staff are fantastic, everyone of them so friendly. We were in room 603. A little on the small side, but had a very good pool and sea view. Plenty of hanging space and cleaned to a high standard each day. The food was fantastic. Best we have had anywhere abroad (and we’ve been a lot!). So much variety at breakfast lunch and dinner. Always piping hot, unlike most buffets. The soup was so hot and porridge in morning you could hardly hold the ladle!. We particularly liked the pancakes at dessert that were cooked to order by the chef in the evenings for dessert. With fresh cream, strawberries, raspberries and so much more to have with them. Always easy to get a table whatever time we went in for a meal , the restaurant is light and airy, with plenty of space between tables. My only one gripe was the outside seating area near the pool bar was more suited to smokers. We counted 48 tables for smokers and only 9, over at the side for non smokers. These would be out of the view of the stage when the entertainment is outside. It didn’t affect us in the evenings as we spent most of our time in the upstairs bar. A great hotel and if the price is right will definitely be back !
Just come back from a weeks holiday at Las Dallas end of January 18. We’ve been here a few times and can honestly say never been disappointed . The staff are very friendly , the rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is excellent. There is great choice everyday, beautifully presented and very tasty. The bars are good particularly the upstairs bar in the evening My only gripe is the sun lounger dash every morning, but if you take it in your stride and laugh at it ( and some of the characters doing the dashing) you really can’t get too upset at it. Would recommend this hotel very highly and will definitely be back.
Spent a week here at the end of January the hotel was spotless with cleaning going on continuous the food was good something for everyone the drinks very good not just local spirits but brand names,we had a pool facing room on the sixth floor which was great if you are thinking of going here don’t hesitate the age groups vary from young to old and the entertainment people work very hard at keeping entertaining everyone
This hotel lived up to all the other excellent reviews. The hotel was spotless in all areas, the food was excellent with the main meal theme changed every day, the pool area was large with no trouble getting a sun bed even going down after 10am. There were little or no queues for getting drinks and lastly the staff were the friendliest I have encountered on all my travels. A first for me was when checking in being told that if The room location etc wasn't to my satisfaction to come back and they would find a room that did!!!!. The entertainment was very good in both locations and there was some live football shown on the big screen at night. The only down side was the 150 yard walk uphill with your cases when you get dropped off on the main road. Would not recommend if you have a problem going up hills.
This is a well managed and lovely hotel. All the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you.We were due to check our earlier, but extended our stay for a few more days. For an all inclusive hotel, the Choise of food on offer is excellent, with everything you could possibly want. There’s a different food theme every night, from Mexican to Chinese. The nights entertainment is also very good, with the Charlie Chaplin show Being absolutely hilarious , well done also to the entertainment staff who have been fantastic. A much recommended all inclusive hotel, which we will sure to be re visiting.
1st ly Zidane...He worked in the pool bar and I have never had a nicer person serve us. He was really hard working without ever showing he was tired. He considered customers first and because of him I would return to hotel... Isobel in reception was a truly helpful lady... THESE 2 DESERVE A PAY INCENTIVE because they are excellent people bringing more people to the excellent hotel.Thank you both!! This feed back was completely unprompted!
This is one of the best hotels in Tenerife. The location is perfect for relaxation with outdoor pools and jacuzzi. Food was out of this world with a wide variety of choice and staff incredibly helpful and friendly. A massive thank you to Zidane (from the bar) he was hard working, customer centric, extremely polite with customers and went that extra mile with outstanding timely service delivery. Also thank you to Isabel (on the reception desk), she was most helpful with explaining hotel entertainment and also worked incredibly hard. Both Isabel and Zidane deserve recognition in their careers and for making our holiday experience in Hotel Iberostar Las Dalias so wonderful. Overall all staff were courteous. What a fantastic hotel!
I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and would not stay here again. The hotel is pretty pricey for what it is, and is not even on the beach. That's what you are coming to Tenerife for. While the food was plentiful, it was very low quality. The only worth while meal is dinner anyways. The sushi was an absolute joke. The fish was extremely old. And then they try to nickel and dime you and make you pay extra for snacks like pringles and better ice cream. An absolute joke, if you consider yourself "all-inclusive." They also charge you extra to use the safe, late checkout, a large deposit for a pool towel, etc. Ridiculous! The staff was extremely rude. Our travel agency booked my group of 2 as a 1 and took a while to resolve. The hotel staff literally kicked us out of dinner even though we had paid, and then charged us extra. I would never stay here again! You shouldn't either!
Half way through our week long break at this hotel and it is fantastic. The rooms are pretty basic for a 4* hotel and things like paying for the safe are a bit unnecessary but if you are looking for a relaxing all inclusive with great food this is worth every penny. Great variety of food, served in small dishes that are regularly replaced so always fresh and hot. Lovely adult only area with outdoor hot tub, nice an relaxing for our baby moon! There were a few rowdy hen and stag do’s at the hotel which disturbed the peace a bit but you can just move to a quieter area and we didn’t let it bother us. Good location 20 mins in taxi €30. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel
