Visited this hotel last week of September with friends; I do not usually go to all inclusive but what a surprise! Hotel run very well ;.clean refurbished rooms ; staff lovely ; food really very good and varied ; entertainment on most nights worth seeing. Downside was if you went in high season could be an issue with obtaining a sunbed after 10am as people rush out to put towels on them at around 9am . Lifts fill up quite quickly and you may have to wait a fair time for one . Overall a great value for money centrally located 4* hotel with good amenities and great food .

Beautiful hotel staff are excellent rooms very comfortable and clean food is excellent would definitely recommend this hotel anytime and will return. Entertainment is excellent Day and night just right for families with kids too you can ask at reception for anything and they have it absolutely love it there

We stayed here as a family of three, with grandparents following a few days later. Check in was great and the friendly staff even arranged for the room next door to be available for the family whom were following. The hotel is spotless, the only faults I could see were the carpets on the hall areas (floor 3) were quite tired and could do with replacing. The hotel was full yet we never struggled for sun loungers or tables in the restaurant. The staff were faultless, efficient and very pleasant. The restaurant manager keeps a tight ship and should be very proud of the whole staff from the waiting staff to the chefs as they were faultless. The entertainment team were great. Our daughter did not attend the kids club as she prefers to stay with us, but they still got to know her name and made a real fuss of her. Particular praise to Peter (this man is hilarious when telling us his tales!) Nina, so much energy and great with the kids. Antoinette, with her aqua aerobics and so friendly, I loved doing the routines with her. They really do never stop, and full credit to them all for the job they do so well. The night time shows were good too, the only one we didn't like was the magic show. I thought the use of the doves seemed quite cruel and it was very of fashioned (sorry to sound critical). Other than that I cannot fault anything that we saw. Overall a very good hotel, excellent staff and very laid back even during the busy half term holidays. I would definitely return. Thank you fir making our holiday so good.

After an earlier visit to Tenerife with ten of us my wife and I decided to go all inclusive for a week and having stayed in an iberostar hotel in Mexico chose the las dalias. Was we disappointed ? Not in any way shape or form. The staff were great from the cleaners to the management entertainment was always worth watching and fun and games during the day if you wanted to join in. The food and drink was plentiful and varied with theme nights every other night including Japanese , seafood and Mexican worth every penny and will certainly be back.

An excellent package from Jet2holidays and Las Dalias. Very professional and friendly staff at both Jet2 and Las Dallias. In particular the Las Dallias staff couldn't have been more helpful. Everything went smoothly and the whole trip (10 days) was great.

Brilliant holiday. Good food something for everyone. Adults only area was great. Could go down to pool at anytime and you got a sunbed. Clean rooms maids were in everyday. Barstaff, waiters, chefs, cleaners etc: worked really hard at their jobs the hotel is well run. Don't think you could go wrong with an Iberostar hotel. This was our 1st time at the Las Dalias and we are returning next year for our 25th wedding anniversary.

We were a bit apprehensive booking all inclusive as it is not what we normally do, but we were pleasantly surprised. It is a relatively small hotel and was very peaceful and civilised with a nice clientele. The room was small but clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. A self service buffet restaurant is the only option but there was always a good choice of food and it was always decent quality. The staff were outstanding. They were always pleasant and friendly and the entertainment team were really good. They provided various activities throughout the day and the evening shows were very enjoyable. The local area is a bit seedy but the beaches are pleasant and there are water parks and other attractions. Otherwise there really isn’t much reason to leave the hotel.

This is our 3rd year in a row,yes it's not ultra modern but the staff and the atmosphere is what makes us keep coming back. The food is plentiful and lots of choice don't get fooled by the "we had to eat out" I guess you can't please everyone. Entertainment could do with a bit of a change as I saw some acts the year before but that's me being picky. In all I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I know when we can afford to go for the fourth time I will be reviewing again. Thanks for a great holiday !!

Although prices have doubled and more in the last year or two I still return. I have been to this hotel on numerous occasions and can’t fault it. Food is above average, entertainment is very good. The “Animation team” are as good as I have experienced in all the years that I have visited Spain and the islands. If are looking for a quiet time it’s probably not for you. There are lots of kids, but the pool area is large and there are quiet areas. There is a shopping area across the street which has bit of everything. A full choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is about 10/15 minutes walk. Self serve beer, soft drinks and Prosecco by the pool bar. AI includes a good choice of cocktails. Rooms are mostly normal size with some larger with BIG balconies, at an extra cost. Back in April 😎😎

I have been to number of all inclusive hotels and the las dalias is the best I have visited so far . The staff really do try very hard to be friendly and helpful . Food is very good with all areas being spotless and well supplied . MY one gripe is the beer I could only get draught beer and it was not great an option of a bottled beer would have been helpful.. Liked the adult sun area
