First time in this hotel and would defo recommend to all ages. Not been able to put towels on sun beds until approx. 9am fantastic idea - despite the Las Dalias Dash!! The choice of food was fantastic, the bar areas was excellent and well manned. The shows were ok especially for families = we went to little bar area by reception on night and this suited us more. Great to be able to walk out into local area and down to the harbour. Went to Siam Park - absolutely fantastic day and would recommend to all especially Volcano rides!!! Went to Music Hall Theatre night and have not laughed so much in ages - well worth it! Hopefully will be returning soon and have told all family and friends to try this hotel

Location: Really good, 10 minute walk to Siam Park, right next to the coach stop where all the trips go from, a 5 minute stroll to the sea front. Reception: Excellent, so helpful and very patient. Room: A bit small but perfectly adequate, and how much time are you going to spend in your room? Beds were wonderfully comfortable, and rooms very clean. Pool: Great, just about enough sunbeds for the number of guests, but unless you want to join the 9am rush you may not get your preferred location. If you don't want to join the 9am rush, it's quite a good spectator sport to watch. Staff: All were absolutely brilliant, especially the entertainment staff who worked tirelessly from early morning until late at night, always something going on if you wanted to join in. Also the restaurant and bar staff were always happy and helpful. Food: Really good. We ate out a couple of times but decided there wasn't much point because of the quality of the food in the hotel. Varied, perfectly presented and excellently prepared. Overall: We had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate to go back there. Definitely a family resort but fine to go without kids too. The whole place was absolutely spotless, just watch them cleaning the pool area first thing in the morning.

Well what can I say........ this was the best hotel we have ever been too. The staff were all extremely friendly, food was very varied and high quality. All staff from cleaners to managers to bar staff were friendly, happy and polite. The pool area was cleaned well everyday. The entertainment day and night was fantastic, there was always something to keep you entertained. Wthis was our first time here and we are already looking to book next years holiday here. You will not be disappointed if you go here.

Have just returned (15th July) from our 11 night stay here. Loved the hotel, it was very clean, food was lovely with lots of choice & various themed nights, great drinks & free WIFI. The entertainment for children was great (our daughter is 16 so a bit old to join in) for kids up to about 14 you couldn't ask for more. We didn't stay for evening entertainment so can't comment on that. The staff are all very friendly & the help yourself Prosecco is a great touch. Have to say air con could have been better in the room but it was bearable. The main downside of this hotel is the sun bed situation (but it's really not their fault it's sadly a situation that seems to get worse each day) they lock the beds up till 9am but the "Las Dalias Dash" as it's known is more like a scrum once the chain is taken off. The queues start earlier each day with more people joining it for fear of not getting a bed. The hotel is a little bit off the main seafront and I would recommend you turn left at the bottom of the hill instead of right much more to see that way & along the seafront.

Just got back from a 12 day stay at the Iberostar Las Dalias and loved it so much I feel compelled to write a review. We arrived in the evening; check in was quick and we were welcomed with a glass of champagne. We were then directed to the dining room where snacks were available. We were in a priority location room overlooking the pool with sunbeds on the balcony. The room was clean and we had a fridge and a bottle of water waiting for us. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard and we were left water and chocolates by the staff. The entertainment staff were brilliant. We could not comment on daytime entertainment but we stayed at the hotel every evening apart from one for the evening entertainment. The entertainment - what can I say? It was fantastic. There was a children's mini disco on every night which was entertaining. This was followed by an act. During out stay we saw two magic acts, the 'Beatles', Spanish dancers, acrobats and a comedian. The acts were really entertaining and top quality. The entertainment team put on a brilliant and hilarious show and were always there dancing and taking care of the children. They made the entertainment at night into something special. The drinks were something else too. There was 'champagne' flowing at all times with lager and wine on tap at meal times. I can recommend the red but did not try the others. Guest were greeted at every meal with liqueurs or aperetifs and champagne. There are three bars and the bar staff are excellent and very friendly. There was a good selection of all inclusive drinks and cocktails and most nights there was a stand serving cocktails including Hendricks gin one night. The food was amazing. The dining room was set out really well with several islands and chefs preparing dishes in the middle. The selection of food was good and there was always fresh fruit and salad. There were themed nights and again these were very good. I loved the sushi, tapas and fajitas. The desserts were possibly too good!! There was always a chocolate fountain and a selection of goodies to dip in including marshmallows and strawberries. I also loved the pancakes in lemon sauce - yum! The staff in the dining hall did a brilliant job and they were always friendly and polite. The pool area I can't comment as we were always at the beach. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and we absolutely loved our stay. I would recommend the hotel.

Just back from a week all inclusive with family and friends 11 in total. We could not fault the hotel at all, friendly staff, plenty to do during the day, fantastic choice of food and drinks and evening entertainment.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help, including cleaning staff who kept the rooms perfect. Food was lovely with a lot of new things to try and exciting drinks on offer, including freshly prepared smoothies. The pool area was very spacious and nice, and the walk to the beach was easy.

Booked this last minute based on a recommendation from our travel agent. What can I say about this hotel. Great food, great service, great entertainment, great for families, close to adeje fanabe beach. The staff are amazing always helpful, the food selection is amazing, the place is spotless. If only trip advisor had more than five stars. We have been a few times and can safely say you won't find better. Foam parties. Something different every day

Just come back from a week at the Las Dalias hotel in Tenerife this was our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Before we left for our holiday I made a request for a certain room and got it.The rooms a very clean .All the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool area which is spotless.A good variety of food.. If I had one suggestion it would be to put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms but all in all a brilliant hotel,Thank you

Ended up here as there was a problem with our pre-booked Portugal holiday. Stayed in Tenerife about 6 times (normally at the Mediterranean Palace) so know the area well. Location. 10 minutes up a hill from the beach. Less than 15 minutes walking to both Aqualand and Siam Park. About 25 minutes walk along the promenade to the Mediterranean Palace in Las Americas. Security. From entering the hotel, the pool and entertainment area is 2 floors down. Although there is nothing to stop children getting from one to the other I felt the area was child safe. My 9 year old son ran about with friends until about 2230 hours and I knew he was safe. Reception staff. Pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. Happy to help with any problems. Restaurant. Food in plentiful supply and of good quality. Like most, all inclusive became slightly repetitive and could have been changed slightly. Restaurant staff were all very welcoming. Hotel room. We were in 228 which is next to the main block but set back from the main pool. Also set back from the pool bar so not so noisy when the entertainment was on. Kept immaculately clean at all times with clean sheets several times. Slightly lacking in storage as there were 2 adults and 1 child in the room, 2 single beds together and a separate one for our son. The dreaded towel run. Usual story, if you want sun beds you get up early to get them. Didn't cause me any problem but I think with beds at a premium in high season it may cause problems. Pool area. 3 pools close together. Baby pool and 2 others one bigger than the other. Both bigger pools 1.5m deep which was only just enough for me to stand and touch the bottom. Again kept spotlessly clean by staff. Hotel bars. Well stocked and again staff were all really nice. A mixture of local wines and spirits but some brand names available. Busy when the entertainment was on but not a big problem. Entertainment. A mixture of professional shows with animation team shows. Very good quality from acrobats to dancers and magicians. The animation team Michael Jackson night was particularly good. Animation team. The team led by Gara were fantastic, very hard working and extremely friendly. Some mornings starting by about 0800 for dance practice and not finishing until about 2230 after the entertainment. Great group of guys and girls who made every effort to keep the adults and children entertained. Yoga, aqua gym, pistol shooting, water carpet, inflatables and lots of other activities. Having a 9 year old they made the holiday. Fantastic, fun filled family holiday and would definitely return.
