This beautiful semi-detached house is located in a quiet residential area in Candelaria. It is bright, spacious and has been decorated in a modern and tasteful style. It offers everything you could ask for a comfortable vacation: large terrace with private pool, garden with solarium and a barbecue area.

The house is divided into 2 floors. In the lower part there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace with pool, a fully equipped kitchen, an office and a bedroom with two single beds and a toilet.

The upper floor has three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower and 1.80m double bed. The other two bedrooms both have double beds and a large bathroom with bathtub.

Undoubtedly, all these facilities guarantee full enjoyment of the outdoor spaces and many hours of relaxation.

The location is perfect, not only to enjoy a southern climate, sunny and with spring-like temperatures all year round, but also as a starting point to get to know the island through multiple excursions. Two highways connect in a very short time with the major tourist areas in the south and the north of the island. The capital Santa Cruz is only 15 minutes away with endless possibilities for shopping, tasting the local gastronomy or enjoying a wide cultural program throughout the year. The coast and the town of Candelaria are a 5 minute walk from the town center with supermarkets, restaurants, etc.

This is a perfect holiday home for individualistic travelers who flee from the big crowded resorts and are looking for a quiet vacation in a local environment.



It is important to note that parties and events are absolutely forbidden, as well as noise after 22:00 hours, in order to guarantee the peace and quiet of the surroundings.

Die Lage des Hauses zum Ort Candelaria ist ebenso positiv zu erwähnen wie der recht neu gestaltete Poolbereich und die Ausstattung der Zimmer. Nicht überzeugt haben uns einige wenig funktionsfähige Details im Haus. Die defekte Türklingel, ein auch nach intensivem Ölen sperriges Türschloß und die nur mit großem Schwung zu öffnende Haustür sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, nerven aber extrem - sind jedoch mit wenig Aufwand zu beheben. Lästig war weiterhin das Fehlen diverser Dinge im Küchen- bzw. Haushaltsbereich wie z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Staubsauger, einheitliche und unbeschädigte ausreichende Geschirr-/Besteckausstattung sowie Ausstattungen, die einen Aufenthalt angenehm machen (wie Mixer, Schneebesen, Kartoffelschäler, Staubsauger und grundsätzlichen Informationen zum Haus und dessen Ausstattung wie Fernseher, Müllensorgung/-trennung etc.). Hierzu zählen auch die kleine Dinge des Alltags wie Ersatzglühbirnen, Bindfaden, Gummibänder u.ä.. Ein separates Radio haben wir nicht vermisst, da der sangesfreudige Nachbar uns tagsüber meist mit lauter Musik und Gesang versorgte.Insgesamt ein Haus in ausgezeichneter Lage - mit "Luft nach oben" hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Funktionalität.
