Stayed here June 2018 in room 75 great size room and balcony and aircon, nice relaxing hotel everyone seemed to be friendly and efficient and complex kept well and clean. Nice snack food served at pool bar cooked fresh to order.
We stayed here 2-16th June stayed in room 151 which was close to restaurant and adult pool . 5 minutes walk to beach rooms clean and a washing machine in bathroom which means no washing when I get home all done . Food was varied in my opinion I wouldn’t do all inclusive we did half board eat out or made rolls lunchtime. Eat out in recommended Indian s tar of Bengal 10 minute walk . Charley’s, happy days , ged Bolton rod Stewart tribute is great . Hotel is ideally situated very friendly and would definitely come back for sure .
Check in bungalows atlantida did not let us down again, our 2nd visit there , June not too hot so will be visiting August again next year . Refurbishment going on which didn't impact out holiday . At snack time there was only 1 person doing drinks and snacks which resulted in queues and people complaining. I'm sure this will be rectified as hadn't saw it previously . Staff are great and friendly and helpful . There's a no smoking policy now at the cave which I totally agree with, there's a smoking area outside , I think a large plant pot with sand maby would be ideal as a normal black bag bin was set alight on a few occasions as there was nowhere really to put cigs out properly . Just an idea check in All in all we highly recommend it , room was amazing we will be back next August, we even got the same room from the previous year as requested. Same again next year check in atlantida ❤
The staff were really friendly. The rooms were great we had 173 above the restaurant. Could see the sea from part of the balcony. Rooms had fitted kitchen although we booked all inclusive. Very clean. Food was great, something for everyone. Restaurant always clean. No air con but didn't need it while we were there. All in all we had a great stay there.
The bungalows are so lovely. We were in room 118 which was near to the restaurant and the pools. The room was a little dated and the company are aware as they are doing updates. The rooms are spotlessly clean though and the cleaners work so hard through out the day keeping everywhere clean. The pools are really nice and plenty of beds for everyone. The food is excellent and always plenty no matter what time you go.We were full board so cant comment on the all inclusive drinks as we only really purchased water or vodkas and fresh orange and because we paid for the drinks this was smirnoff.Breakfast drinks included. Take a hairdryer as there isnt one in the bungalows . The location is perfect .It is in the middle of everything .You go one way to the beach ,one way to the lively pubs ,one way to the quiet pubs and then another to the shops. There is a market on a Tuesday and Sunday which is quite good . Myself and my husband walked into Las Americas at least four times and a steady walk takes about 35 mins but this is a lovely walk . We booked the trip to see the pilot wales and dolphins and this was amazing . We tried the local pubs around the area which are all very good and we tried the Love India which was excellent . Las Americas has gone very upmarket and there are some beautiful shops, bar and restaurants. Go to Hard Rock bit pricey but well worth it . We had a fantastic time and will return in the future . Don't listen to any negative reviews as i honestly dont know what some people want !!! Go and enjoy your hols .Im sure you will have an amazing time like we did .
Just back after a week here and worst place I’ve been in. All inclusive doesn’t cover air condition or piano bar. First A.I we have had that. They wanted so much every day then a 50 Euro deposit to get the remote to work it. No blackout curtains either so not much sleep as main road and street lighting shone in. Meals not to our liking. First bungalow we had was smelly but after some discussion was moved to a nicer one. Certainly won’t go back. Must say most of the staff were very friendly.
Lovely apartments will definitely go again great value for money All you need great location good food and drink 3 swimming pools close to the beach and close to shops bars and restaurants if you're on a budget these bungalows are ideal
Just returned after a week all inclusive with family including two infants. GOOD Cheap as chips all inclusive Nice rooms that are cleaned every other day Modern bathrooms with nice big walk in showers Full self catering facilities Spacious balcony area Good selection of food at all meal times - though bacon is that funny foreign stuff is Brits struggle with Nice bar area with indoor n outdoor areas 3 pools including adults only to get away from annoying kids Secluded solarium area with beds and shading Maze like complex different from identikit places I've been before Attentive staff who are willing to help at all times BAD Honestly feel with a little TLC this place could be phenomanol just needs little updating Rooms don't have bath tubs SUMMARY For the money this place was an absolute treat and even though I'm a bit of a snotty sod when going abroad I'd come back again definitely!!
We traveled to this hotel as a family of six and have just returned from a lovely stay, our second at this hotel. Our kids are age 11, 9, 7, and 2. The staff were great. The food cleaning and room was once again perfect for us and we had a really relaxing visit. Would we return? Definitely!
Had a pleasant stay here despite the poor weather. Best way to do this review is pro's and cons, so here goes. Pro's- Staff are excellent. especally Irenie, Gemma, Davina, Roza, Grant. But on the whole they were all great.Very happy to help you out. Food was good, I have to admit for an AI the food was of a good standard, coud'nt fault it.Yes it got a bit repetative but you expect that from an AI hotel, that's when you go out to eat for a change! and you are spoilt for choice of resteraunts in Los Cristianos and Las America's. Drinks were of a good standard as well, even the beer which can be a bit hit and miss in some hotels. Rooms were of a good size and the place is in the middle of a makeover at the moment so would expect rooms to be of a better standard later in the summer. If you go SC the rooms are equiped with all you need to fend for yourself, freezer, microwave, toaster etc. The sunbeds are excellent, new and sturdy design, meaning if you sit on the end of the sunbed you wont tip up. Con's- To be honest this isn't too bad a hotel especially if you are on a budget, though that said I wouldn't return and here are my reasons why. 1.The hotel complex is big and badly planned and laid out, definatly not suitable for those with difficulty in walking. The ramps are steep so wheel chair users would struggle. 2.The hotel boasts 3 pools, but they are all small and I would imagine in the height of season it would be to cramped around them. The Adult pool is ridiculous as you have to go down stairs from the dodgy decking above it. It's also a bit of a trek to the bar from this pool, so we plotted up by the middle pool close to the bar. 3.Entertainment is dated, usual parrot show, birds of prey, snake show etc. we went out a few nights so didn't see all the shows, but the singers we did see were pretty awful. Usual stuff for the kids. Oh and don't forget the bingo! really!! 4.Like most AI hotels these days, there were a lot of Polish, Russians and of course Germans!! but that is the norm now days. Too be fair at this hotel they were a good crowd which was nice. 5.I think come the height of season the place oculd feel a bit overcrowded as the area's aroud the pools are not big and neither is the resteraunt. Summing up, all in all we had a good time here and were quite satisfied with the majority of what was on offer, but we wont be going back there as been there seen it done it. Some people love it here and return reguarly. We all have our choices at the end of the day!
