Having returned from our 10 day all inclusive holiday, I would like to start by saying, a very BIG thanks to ALL members of staff from Myself 54, my mum 75, daughter 25 & son 15yrs, for making our holiday such a fantastic fun break that we will never forget! We were made so welcome by everyone, the bungalows were immaculate, beds very comfortable, & I certainly didn't expect to have so many choices of the delicious freshly made food we had at every meal. The snack bar was every bit as good. I would have absolutely no hesitation on recommending this wonderful place for a holiday to anyone. It certainly was money well spent! You will not be disappointed 😄 Well done, & thanks to everyone! X

I'm just back from holiday on the 15th June after booking this hotel for accommodation. On arrival we were given a map of the complex showing where our room was - the 2nd furthest away room - number 168. My boyfriend has severe breathing problems and the majority of the journey to the room from reception was all stairs, when we entered the room we instantly realised it was not up to standards & was not what the company were advertising whatsoever. Firstly, there was stains in multiple places such as the sofa, the bedroom wall and the worst was in the bath where there was a whole-like mark. The bathroom overall resembled a prison cell. The next thing we discovered was that no electricity was in working condition; television, any sockets other than 2 in the bedroom where we had to try to iron our clothes on the bed. We raised our issues to reception where we were approached by the most unhelpful, rude member of staff who told us there was nothing she could do without even trying, my boyfriend mentioned a refund twice and the member of staff blatantly avoided him and suddenly decided she would try to find a new room for us, felt that we were almost forced to return to our room whilst she made phone calls. We received NO APOLOGY from any member of staff even after requesting formal complaints forms to complete. Extremely dissatisfied.

room was pleasant and well equipped every thing you would need if staying self catering. We stayed all inclusive and was good selection what you would expect for 3* this is a popular hotel for Spanish guests and they did seem to be able to do as they pleased in the dining area my son was asked twice why he was sitting on a table for 4 when he and girlfriend sat down although 2 Spanish guest had been sat there for almost an hour (there was 4 in our party) but other than that we had a pleasant holiday as some had said there was a smell of sewers which we did notice but they were digging up the drain which were obviously blocked and that did seem to work. The air con was 50 euros for the week but well worth it and 21 euros for the safe but as this was such good value for this didn't impact on the overall cost. the reception area does not do the hotel justice and could do with updating. the hotel was busy every day with cleaners decorators and maintenance teams and gardeners and one lady who organised all the activities she was tireless. This was a lovely little place to stay with very easy going staff and lovely quiet area outside but on a short walk to the beach and port or the taxi rank. we will definitely use this hotel again

Having read some of the reviews before we went we were a bit concerned but went with an open mind as everyone's views are different. We arrived early hours & were greeted by cheerful helpful older gentleman and shown to our apartment by the night security guard, thank heavens we were we would never have found it in the dark !! We were in room 172 although clean it was tired and we felt we were caged in by the security fencing around the outside combined with the high fences of the basketball court that we overlooked. We were all inclusive, Food was limited with not much variety, chips, chicken, pork in some form of another, and I don't think I can ever look at a plastic cup again !! The swimming pools are small and you have no chance of getting a sunbed unless you sneak down in the early hours and deposit your towel. Daytime reception staff not the most helpful, our safe wouldn't unlock and when I reported it, I got barked at to stay in my room until someone comes, no replacement safe offered until our cleaner intervened and sorted for us. our cleaner Ellie was so helpful and lovely. Would we stay here again ...erm No!

well equipped apartment, everywhere in the complex was beautifully clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful, food was plentiful and always something that took your fancy. Improvement work was being done on some apartments but was not intrusive Would go back anytime.

Apartment was well equipped and there was essentials in the fridge, washing up liquid and spare beach towels too. We were half board and although the breakfast was alright, the dinner options were very limited and we went out to eat instead. Apartment was up multiple flights of stairs and ramps, very tiresome to be honest. Oh, and cockroaches.... Apart from that, great holiday. Los Cristianos is beautiful with a clean beach and lots of shops.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be greeted by a helpful man on reception who gave us clear directions to our room and directions to the 24 hour shop. This was about 5 minutes walk and reasonably priced. The apartment was well equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and all you would need if you wanted to cook. We were all inclusive and couldn't fault the food at all. Something different to eat every day, fresh salads, fruit, puddings, breads etc. Everything was very tasty. The bar staff were really good and entertaining, coming out to dance in the evening, which was funny. The drinks at the bar with the all inclusive were all good. There was entertainment in the evening more aimed at the children, snake show, parrot show, eagle show and a balancing/acrobat show. We missed the Flamenco due to arriving late and leaving early on Saturday. Great singers and the animation lady Shirley was lovely. We watched the shows, just be careful as the entertainers take photos of the children with the animals before telling you they are 20 euros. Swimming pools looked good and lots of sunbeds available. We bought a twin ticket for Siam and Loro parks before we left the UK and these were excellent. The pick up point was about a 5 minute walk at the TRYP Tenerife hotel. The bus to Siam park and Siam mall was free. We also visited Teide on a coach trip which we bought from a travel shop by the beach. The beach itself was just down the road with lots of shops and restaurants. Playa de las Americas was a 25 minutes walk away where we found The Hard Rock Cafe. Happy hour every day between 3 and 6. Half price cocktails. We checked out of our room at 12 but as our transfer wasn't until 18.40 we were allowed to put our bags in the luggage room (which also had a shower) and re enter the hotel to use the facilities and even have lunch and a bar snack just before we left. All in all we had a great week and will return.

We stayed here for a week in May. The room was very clean and had everyone we needed. We were all inclusive and it was excellent value for money. The hotel had entertainment most nights although we tended to walk to Las Americas etc to go to other bars etc. Really good location, about 2 mins from the waterfront where you can walk for miles along the beach. Although basic accommodation it was a perfect cheap break away. Some of the things in the hotel could do with some modernising but couldn't fault the staff.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit apprehensive about the place. But all I can say is it was an absolutely lovely place to stay. Food was fine staff was always on hand an happy to help you. I would stay there again.

Lovely place free wifi worked in our rooms.hard to get a sun bed cause off the whole putting the towels on them the night before. The food was ok would go again. The pool on the roof was the quiet pool with no one using it.
