There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel.

The property is superold!! This is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!! We had all inclusive and premium and thanks to this we could enjoy some silence outside the normal fully crowded areas. The building hasn't been renovated since 20 years inside..at least! Cockroaches in the bath room is apparently something you have to count with. No what so ever cozy place in the hotel... beside your own balcony. The hotel photos have probably been taken long time ago.. never coming back to this 3 star hotel.

Viaje por negocio a Candelaria un par de días y me aloje en este hotel. Las 4 estrellas que dice tener me dieron confianza antes de llegar pero el fiasco fue tremendo cuando al llegar lo que encontré fue un hotel anclado en el pasado, viejo, sucio y masificado. En recepción pierdes el tiempo esperando a que te toque, poco personal y mucha gente en el hotel ya que trae grupos grandes de ingleses, franceses y del IMSERSO. Las instalaciones comunes son pequeñas, si quieres sentarte tienes que esperar a que alguien se levante. Necesita una reforma integral para eliminar detalles rotos, cosas sucias y muy viejas. Las habitaciones son grandes pero anticuadas y con materiales deteriorados por el tiempo, lo peor es que aparecen de vez en cuando algún bichito cuyo nombre empieza por C. La comida es de poca calidad, los zumos polvos con agua, el café un tremendo laxante y los licores garrafón del malo. El todo incluido no es lo que se espera de un hotel que dice tener 4 estrellas. Para el aseo solo encontrarás gel y un champú que te deja el pelo como pincho, si quieres toalla para la piscina prepara 15€ en efectivo para la reserva (nada de cargarlo a la habitación, ni pagar con tarjeta) y si quieres una botella de agua para la habitación tendrás que pagarla, el todo incluido solo incluye subirla en vaso de cartón de algún expendedor que encontrarás en el bar de la entrada. En general hotel en decadencia al que deberían quitarle 2 estrellas de su fachada y publicación para no confundir

Det bästa med hotellet var nog rummet. Stor och skön säng samt balkong med sittplatser och fin utsikt. Städningen hade kunnat vara bättre då ingen i sällskapet (3 separata rum) fick nya sängkläder när det bäddades på morgonen. Nyckelkorten till dörren gick sönder och fick bytas ca 20 gånger fördelat på tre rum (många turer från nionde våningen)... Maten var okej. Stort utbud men låg kvalité. Matsalen låg även i källaren vilket kändes som en gammal skolmatsal, stort minus. Snacks baren var under all kritik. Där låg maten öppet på varmhållning hela dagen. Flera i sällskapet fick även problem med magen sant tre personer fick ren matförgiftning under vistelsen. I sann all inclusive anda så var ölen lågalkohol och groggen/läsken var lågbudget. Rekomenderar inte yngre gäster att besöka hotellet då medelålderna var pension och uppåt. Vanligast förekommande nationalitet var britter..

No puede un Hotel de 4* tener estas instalaciones. Hasta darle 2* sería una aberración. La limpieza en si de la habitación no estaba mal del todo, mi nota es global para el Hotel en sí. El Bufett de desayuno de calidad media a más bien baja. No entiendo realmente una firma como Catalonia puede tener un hotel así con este nivel de deterioro…y menos cobrar la estancia como un hotel de 5*.

De las 4 estrellas le sobran al menos 2, es un hotel para turistas extranjeros tipo todo incluido, las habitaciones y las instalaciones bastante viejas, el aire acondicionado es o marcha o paro, no puedes regular la temperatura, mi habitación encima de las chineneas o de algo de la cocina que hacía que en una 5 planta oliera a comida todo el rato.

El hotel más antiguo y en peor estado que he estado en mi vida. Creo que de las peores habitaciones nunca vistas, rayando lo insalubre. No entiendo que las autoridades permitan tener hoteles abiertos en ese estado y más manteniendo la categoría de 4 estrellas. Nefasto en todos los sentidos excepto el personal que es muy amable y no pueden hacer más.

Dreckiges Hotel und absolut nicht tierfreundlich. Wir leben im Norden Teneriffas und wollten eine kleine Auszeit mit unserem Hund genießen, es war alles andere als schön. Das Personal war absolut abgeneigt von Hunden, es war nicht möglich während der Zimmerreinigung sich kurz mit dem Hund unten in der Eingangshalle aufzuhalten. Es gibt keine Klimaanlagen, weder in Gemeinschafts Räumen noch im Speisesaal, von dem schrecklichen Essen ganz abgesehen. Kakerlaken im Buffet, keine echte Cola, Fanta etc., die allgemeinen Cocktails ein Desaster. Wir waren wirklich in vielen Hotels und haben keine hohen Ansprüche, aber wer einen schönen Urlaub genießen möchte bucht ein anderes Hotel.
