Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
The cottage is in much need for a deep clean my socks were filthy after walking around the place along with cobwebs spiders dirty cupboard doors skirting boards and the fabric seats at the dining table are stained ect to much wrong with the cleanliness to list I will ad photos if it allows also states dog friendly but does not state dogs have to be kept downstairs which means guys No dogs on that lovely balcony you plan on using also hard to keep the dog downstairs when the half stable door doesn’t have lock to stop it from opening if your dog pushes against it so we had to wedge some card in there to keep him from going upstairs the tv downstairs kept losing signal and there is mold around the silicone seal in the bath room the list goes on I complained whilst there and get offered to send the cleaner round but that’s embarrassing for us and them and also that should t have to happen if the place was clean in the first place as it should be ? Also just to add there was two ant stop devices downstairs on floor one near the bin and one near the bathroom which also not dog friendly toxic to dogs if licked or infested so overall bad experience we wasn’t in much but that’s not the point we paid a lot of money and expect to go back to a nice clean place penally itself beautiful we got our cleaning fee back but that’s was it as we refused to let the cleaner come and invade on our time and space there that’s all we got £50 even though some issues wouldn’t of been able to be fixed?
